Wait time was a little long considering there were so many empty tables. Our male server (we forgot his name)he gave a friendly vibe which was nice. We had a great experience here! We came on a Friday night and there was about a 40 minute wait but it was worth it. The food was delicious and the cheesecake choices are amazing! Staff was friendly, great atmosphere. They have gluten free entrees and gluten free desserts. Also good vegetarian option

Good ambiance. Good variety of vegetarian items as well. Some items need special requests to be made vegetarian and they were accommodating of our dietary restrictions. Serving time was about 15 minutes. Reservations recommended. Ample parking outside. Accessible entrance.

Cant go wrong, here! Every time is just as good as the last. Its difficult to find a place where the food is consistently good. The cheesecake is always fire. My go-to is the bang bang chicken and shrimp, but literally everything is good!

Long wait time! Server was nice and bread was delicious. However the skinnilous menu wasn’t really worth the money and the wait time; it taste like average

We love cheesecake factory and decided to go here for a date night during our visit to Seattle. Although it was very busy and crowded, we were given a great table within 15 mins. Our server was great and we enjoyed the food, drinks and had a lovely evening!

My first visit and I was underwhelmed. My pasta dish was SWIMMING in oil. The service was okay. They were "out" of my first two choices of appetizer. The salad I finally ended up with was excellent

I won’t let bug/fly poison me at I look at it as a coincidence. Even the server assured that many bugs are coming inside the restaurant as she wasn’t happy about it too. Beyond disappointed. Poor quality. My friend and I were celebrating and looked for a pasta restaurant. The server was excellent
