Recently, it is vacant except weekends. The tray near the entrance is gone and replaced the box. But the box is only oversized. You don't need to use the box if you're buying only 1 or 3, just pick the individual wrapped one.
A mask is required in the store.
There is also a walkway for people with disability and an available parking too.
This time I bought Rose cheese bread and Raisin milk butter bread for snacks. Love the Rose cheese bread. This bread is made with rose flour and low fat cheese.
I personally like raisin bread, so I tried Raisin milk butter. Taste little bit sweet for me and I think it's easy to eat if the contents are creamy.
I would love to come back and try something else.
85°C Bakery Is one of our favorites to stop by at SouthCenter and it's tradition to stock up to share back home! All the pastries were fresh and delicious! Two of the main items I'm the photos are the red bean paste bun and spicy sausage bun.
I love their bread selection! The pictures I’m posting aren’t the only ones they got. Plus they have great tea and coffee drinks. I love their iced 85 degrees coffee but they have much more in store.
I was finally able to visit this Bakery/Café at South center Mall. It is located in the North west corner of the mall. Behind or near the large Asian grocery store. I took a friend in to purchase a pastry for her. After we had lunch at a near by restaurant, also at the mall. It was her Birthday. So we made it a special day. With a great lunch, then a treat to take home. I bought two of the large "Chocolate Chip Bowls", a large soft bun, infused with small dark chocolate chips. Also had a hint of citrus in the bread. It was great! Also purchased one Crispy Cinnamon Twist. My friend also purchased a white cake with white frosting or whip cream with sliced strawberries. Not a large one, just a single serving in a clam shell container. What I had was excellent, and I found prices very reasonable. No inside setting, so all purchases are to go! 🍞🍘🍰🍪🎂
Only reason for the 4 stars, I suppose, I would like to try more of their pastries, to give a fair and complete review.
The pastries are so delicious and the coffee is really good and not sickly sweet like most coffee spots. My favorite things to get are the milk pudding buns and an iced vanilla latte.
First time visitor! Nice little bakery. Came here for my Dad's birthday cake. Everything looked awesome and didn't help with an easy decision.
I ended up with their tiramisu cake. 😍 It was a hit at the party. Very nicely balanced with the flavors and textures. It was surprisingly light as well. 👍🏽
Asian pastries are the best. They all tasty and not super sweet. Eggtart is a popular Cantonese desert, usually sale them at dim sum stores, one of my favorite and can’t get in normal bakery store. 85 is one of the best tasting for me so far. The white chocolate strawberry bun is good too, so fluffy and the cream inside are not super sweet.
