I and my partner dined in at the Tukwila Outback and we had the worst service and food experience to where our server forget to put in our food order and pretty much straight up forgot about us as we sat around for an hour waiting for our food. We never got any more bread brought to us, we had asked for more coffee and asked another waiter she said she would bring out a new cup of coffee never did, the cobb salad never had chopped egg in it. The salad tasted horrible and my partner couldn't eat another bite because it was bad. And my pasta was severely undercooked. I have had better service before but this was absolutely not acceptable. We had ordered the blooming onion never did come until we brought it up with the waiter when our food finally arrived. We had ordered the Cobb Salad, and Steak and Shrimp Alfredo

Servers and the service was nice and pleasant.
For drinks, I got the Mai Tai and it was refreshingly sweet.
& Food, I got the Kingsland pasta with filet and shrimp. Very tasty! Although I asked for it to be well done, the meat was still red in the middle. I wished it was cooked longer!
Overall I will be coming back every now and then when I want to treat myself to steaks and seafoods 😋
My boyfriend said his food and drinks were good! He got the foster beer and the pina koala. For food he had the chicken on the barbie.

It was alright dinner, food was dry they will give you sauce if your food dry. Not my best steak house didn't feeling it, just let you know it will take 30 minute to wait for food based on how busy it will be. There's parking and handicap ramp.

It was OK but the steak was average, kind of tough and although the waitresses were nice and friendly the hostess seemed like it was customers job to make her feel welcome. Could use hostess training 101!

I had the Alice grill chicken minus the bacon, baked sweet potato and Mac and cheese. My granddaughter had the rib bye steak with the bone in medium well, two baked sweet potatoes and 9oz glass of wine. Her steak was prepared EXCELLENT and my meal was Also excellent. We had a excellent server. I love the meal so did my granddaughter!

I've been to more than my share of outbacks and I must say this was truly the best experience. Our family of 6 was very well taken care of. Stephanie was on point from the time we sat down until we were ready to go. Food came out hot and quick, from the salad to the entrées, orders were correct the 1st time. If I'm ever in Seattle again I would definitely make a trip to see Stephanie at this outback.

Went on a very busy Sunday. Was seated pretty quickly after giving our name however we waited for food for over an hour. Our total visit was 1 hour 45 min. Our wait staff was friendly but confused a lot. Food was good but not what I remember it tasting like but that's just me. Maybe will go again if I have a gift card but wouldn't choose this over somewhere else

Yummy and it has nice service! The bread is delicious and they take care of you, the food is amazing. I got the ribeye, and it was delicious! The salad is amazing, and the wings are so good, my family likes the wings a lot! Very nice place to chill and get your steaks, food is delicious!

If I could rate this as 0 stars I would. My family and I have been going to this outback for over a decade and are well known with the staff. We made a reservation for my father and I's birthday, but upon arrival they informed us they gave our table away. We were 15 min early... they sat us in separate booths and had separate waiters. One table was served and finished while ours still had no food. When talking to the manager, Kevin, he did not apologize, he did not recognize the error from his staff, and our experience continued to go down hill. After an hour and a half at the table we asked that he cancel our entire food order. Nothing was done to make our situation better. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back.

Steak portions get smaller every time we done here. I ordered a 6 ounce, but am nearly positive I was served a 3 ounce. I understand the concept of shrinkage, but not by half. Service was fairly quick, but our waitress never asked how our food was. Both of our steaks were ordered medium, but were served well done. Because we had another destination after dinner, we ate what we were served (it was not how we ordered it, but it was edible) and didn't ask for a correction. This restaurant has gone downhill very quickly and we will not be giving it another shot.

Me and my kids we were disappointed for the food!!no rice ️No clam chowder no Union ring . Not so happy about it � but still give the server lady a tip coz she was ️ok ... :) and it was worth $135 dinner without rice ��

The food was amazing but the managers and staff were even more so!!! They tended to our every need and made sure that we were completely satisfied with our dining experience. They completely went out of their way and made us feel like we were family!!!

It was ok, won't be going back probably for awhile, the bread was good as always but everything else was a disappointment. I ordered a filet, medium, and she served me a flat and I mean pancake flat steak over well done. It took so long I just accepted it, but when we questioned her she said it was because they pressed it flat while cooking it. Ugh OK, never had it like that here or anywhere else. My daughter's kids steak came bigger then mine and better cooked to order. Forgot My side order. My son's chicken strips were like chew sticks. And it was a just one thing after another. The whole chain has gone down. It's not just this location sadly. Will be going to Black Angus from now on, same bread, better steak.

Like everything they have on there menu. I'm Australian so everything The outback has is good food and there salad is even crispy and delicious. Gotta come back and have another dinner with my friends

Horrible experience..between a special on the table kiosk that ended the day before and wasn't updated and then wasn't honored due to the location being "out of shrimp" to the waiter saying they had a side and then said side suddenly being out of season to the steak being purple instead of medium and the manager walking away from the table and not taking the food back. Highly disappointed..would have had a better experience at Taco Bell

Waitress was great, manager was a turd. Food all over the front of the seats, the floor was so dirty and sticky my shoes stuck to the floor. Cheesecake was frozen when it came out. Friend has sticky gooey crud all over the back of her pants, Manager response "there were kids sitting there before you and the busboy did not clean it good, we will pay for dry cleaning" what?? Manager did not do anything until we told him the desert was frozen. Finally got a small comp. It was very dirty..I was disappointed with the management of the restaurant.

We went on Sept 7 for anniv. dinner at around 7:30p . Disapointed. Service horrible and food were disaster. My husband's order was too rare and bloody and he ordered medium. Mne was supposed to be med well but cane in burnt, dry and tasteless. That's it, no more wasting time and money on Outback.

Was the tip already added to the prices? Much more expensive than the last time I was there. Service by the waitress was very good and even gave separate checks for our group. I can't say I was pleased with the surf and turf sirloin steak. Extremely tough. For $30 price tag, I would expect better. The night was only made better being able to see old friends.

I won't bother even checking a single star after THE OWNER OF THE RESTAURANT KEVIN walked out of the bathroom WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, then when I politely told him it was a health code violation proceeded to tell me the health code "didn't apply to him because he doesn't handle food" then proceeded to seat a table, handling their silverware! When my wife talked to him upon us leaving he got in her face and said "he did nothing wrong, go ahead and call corporate, and the health department, it doesn't matter I own the store" if you value your health and safety DO NOT EAT HERE!
