Food was great but the employee was walking around with her mask down and then when asked she stated " I am on my break and not by food" while at the register by the bread and pastries and proceded to walk past us taking her mask fully down.
She quickly ran to the back (where the food was) to speak with the the manager with her mask down when we were speaking with the manager reporting her unsanitary
actions not following CDC guidelines. Then proceeded to pass us multiple times telling us to have a good day pulling her mask off. This was all done in front of management as well the management did nothing.

Panera used to be one of my favorite restaurants, I know it wasn’t healthy as it looked like or as their marketing said but I would at least go three times a month. Their quality got worse and so did their customer service. Last and final time we came here our food had -I guess “fruit mosquitos”. We told the cashier and she said oh yeah “they’re always on the salads or lettuce sorry about that” which made it awkward and uncomfortable….we didn’t even enjoy our food which also was cold…

Normally service is good. Today I ordered the bowl of broccoli cheddar soup to go. When I arrived the container was barely half full. I asked staff to fill the rest of the container and was told "no that is the amount for a bowl". I have ordered this dine -in and seen what amount you normally receive. Today they are running short on supply and skimping on orders.

So refreshingly tasty! Great service on a Tuesday evening. Ordered Flatbread pizza, salad, and got a pastry for .99. Mom got the turkey, avocado, BLT with salad and pastry. We both loved our choices. Not too heavy, not too light, just right!

Amazing place to eat to be honest the prices might not seem that great but it is all worth it we had the cheese sandwich and the bbq meat sandwich with a bowl of cheddar broccoli and it was amazing one of the best dishes they have and they also make sure your well hydrated a server will pass buy with water and serve you if you want it overall a pretty amazing experience and u can also self order 100 % a place I would recommend.

Not impressed with the salads. We ordered two salads, both without chicken (as we're vegetarians) and they left a lot to be desired. The Greek salad had a SINGLE pepperoncini and a SINGLE kalamata olive. The Green Goddess had the SMALLEST portion of avocado, I almost missed it. I get it, I get it... I know avo and olives are some of the more expensive ingredients, but c'mon now. We sat outside on the "frequently" cleaned and sanitized tables and they were disgustingly dirty.

Great full of flavor food accompanied with warm smiles from the friendly staff. The only regret you’ll have leaving is that second serving of there decadent brownie! The perfect brownie IMO, not to fudgy and not to (dry) cakey...but just “right” between the two mentioned. Their brownies are very rich and very satiating. I still had two brownies. I just needed to reconfirm my experience from the first brownie.

Our one point of frustration was that the customer order consoles crashed as we were finishing our order, but this ended up being no big deal, as there was no line and the lady at the counter took our order right away. Our food was ready 5 minutes later. I had the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad while my husband had the Asian sesame chicken one. Everything was fresh and good, and the convenience was what we desperately needed after a long day.

My first time eating at Panera Bread yesterday. Staff was rude. My server didn't even acknowledge me or anything when he brought my food to the table. Just set it down without a smile or anything and walked away...ok then. My friend asked an employee where the cups were and she just ignored him...Food was good though, but not a good first impression in the customer service department. Didn't really feel welcome.

Bought lunch for the entire office. They were slow, disorganized and generally clueless. Asked that they put names on the individual lunches and they did, for 5 out of the 15 lunches punched. Waited 48 minutes for them to get their act together. The manager was taking lunches out to tables (bravo for helping out. That's the ONLY reason you got 2 stars!). She never once looked at me as I stood in her way after waiting for 30 minutes. For the next 18 minutes she looked down and squeezed around me. Orders were mixed up, lids not properly secured and lunches spilled all over the 1 large bag they stuffed all the lunches into. Thanks for nothing. Guess who got removed from the restaurant choices I offer to my team?
