i normally go here just quick bite. this time the lady was absolutely rude. 2/28/22. i understand short handed we deal with it at my job. but to be rude and tell me she will not remake the sandwich. or if i heard her or not. then hanging up on me. i work in customer service and this is not how you handle things. short handed or not.
Working Interferences
Horrible customer service. I ordered via the subway app, which apparently uses DoorDash to fullfil the order. The dasher didn't get all of the items in the order. The ONLY option via the Subway app is to contact the store.
Whoever answered the phone didn't care. Said it is the fault of door dash, but I have no way to contact door dash, since I didn't order via door dash.
The person at subway insisted I ordered via Door Dash and hung up on me.
I will never eat at Subway ever again

This location based on my experience is sub par. Their sandwich artists does not top the sub adequately and skimps on putting on toppings like lettuce or onions etc even when directing them to add more and there sub bread is tooth pick thin compared to other Subways that I been too. I so disappointed in this location I will not return to them. I would going to another Subway before going back to them I rather drive further to get better made sub then theirs.

Very bad experience. worker ended up being so stress about the number of costumers that she locked us out and refused to make our sandwiches which we were really hoping to have since we had a tournament we needed the energy for next game which was two hours after this incident. Not only did she lock us out but she continued to have the store closed 3 hours after that experience. We had to get three people to knock around the entire store so we could retrieve out water jug we had left inside due to the fact that she kicked us out. And when she finally open door all she said was she was no longer making sandwiches which keep in mind this was at 4pm. She then continued to try and shut the door in our faces when we were only trying to retrieve our water jug.

Worst subway experience ever. I went there about a week ago and ordered the steak melt. They didn't heat up the steak and my cheese wasn't melted at all, after getting almost halfway through it, I couldn't eat it anymore and went back in to have them remake it, I got nothing but attitude from the young cashier who then made me pay for a whole new sandwich. Never going back.

Honestly it’s best to drive elsewhere based on the other reviews alone, but when I stopped by the employee seemed irked that I was there. That being said, the cookies were perfect, so they get three stars.
