I have been going to this Jersey Mike's about once a week for at least 6 months, maybe a year. The sandwiches are great (both hot and cold, I usually get the hot Philly). The staff has been slowly and steadily improving service there and by now it is noticeably better than 6 months ago. They are friendlier and seem to be a lot more organized and efficient. Thank you for all the great subs and see you next week!

Oil soaked all the way through the bread. Soggy as could be. Asked for #13 with ham, pepperoni and salami. She said you want a #11 add pepperoni. I said there is no #11 on the board. The cashier ended up charging me double meat and it was more expensive,$15 . Will not go back to this location.

I used to work at the Springville, Utah location a little over 2 years ago. I am very disappointed in the customer service is now. The sandwiches still taste great, but there is no communication between staff and I waited for almost 20 minutes in line before someone took my order (and it wasn't very busy). There was no playful banter and it took another 10 minutes after I ordered (1cold sub) for me to finally get to checkout. Again the sandwiches are still delicious, but customer service could use a lot of improvement.

It's cool for the most part but Jimmy John's is way better. Bread is a little hard. Way to much oil and vinegar but the staff are hella friendly.

I really wanted this place to be great. I was in the mood for a really Italian sandwich. And the flavors just weren't there. The meats didn't have any real spice or flavor. And while the place was overstaffed, folks just didn't know what they were doing. There were four people standing shoulder to shoulder trying to make sandwiches and ring me out. And it was just mistake after mistake after mistake. Like I said I wanted this place to be great but nope.

Nice place, like all other Jersey Mike's restaurants always clean and well-maintained, great customer service and delicious sandwiches, my favorites #43 and #17

Way to loud for to hear the person talking the order. Ended up messing up my order and my sandwich

Always a great sandwich! Only gave them four stars because their sandwiches are $20 each.

Our sandwiches were great but the staff was a little short with us. We'd only been in once between and they seemed irritated that we didn't know what we wanted the minute we walked in the door. I think we'll go back to the other one we've been to.

The Tukwila store is now my new favorite place for sandwiches!! There's plenty of meat in there, and the price is reasonable. I do like cucumbers in a sandwich, which they didn't offer. And the selection of chips didn't include Lay's BBQ when I was there. But it was clean - including the rest room - and service was quick. Plus, they have "a cookie for a rookie", where I earned a cookie just for trying it.

Any shop that has the gumption to use a meat slicer to shave off the meat in front of you, FR
OR EVERY ORDER, has definitely come to play. Yes these guys are possibly one of the best in the area.

Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite places to go eat but am sad and upset that one of your manager's is portraying or displaying raciest tactics in this establishment.

Giving a 5 star to try to reverse some of these 1 stars from people who've never even ate here and just jumped on a bandwagon.

I use to come in twice a week. Until i moved. Usually with very large orders. Though i can see the staff flustered with multiple orders, they all performed well, and was very professional, and every time was a pleasant experience. Im not sure why people are jumping the race card, with no credible evidence. Just because there is video of an employee expressing their rights to refuse service. There was no credible reason recorded. Hearsay. My experiences have always been nice. 5 Stars.
