I ordered a cappuccino and got hot milk instead. Here’s a picture for those who think I’m exaggerating. Also, I ordered a venti vanilla cappuccino, and I got less than half of the cup. Seriously? I’ve had a bad cup of coffee before but never this.
I'm always greeted by name when I stop by. Also, my trenta ice water is usually waiting with my tea.
Always good. I'm not a huge coffee fan (gasp!), so I'm happy there are other options, all fabulous. They always have great food, wonderful teas, and--of couse-- the best baked goodies.

Ordered a soy drink this morning on the app, paid for soy, and the sticker said soy. Yet only after drinking did i realize they put dairy milk. I'm in extreme pain and puking at work, i really wish they would be more careful and respectful of people with allergies...
