This place is so inconsistent all the time. No more giving it another chance. They gave me a dry bread that did not have the topping I asked for. Go somewhere else don’t waste your time with them. Horrible customer service.

I tried Charley's for the first time tonight... I must say it was pretty good. My order was prepared quickly, plenty of meat and loved the slice of pickle. it’s the second time I order sandwich but the send meat only without the bread. Bad bad bad experience for me with this restaurant. Don’t ever order online from them.

Got this doordashed, the classic philly cheesesteak is good! Lots of meat, I should have chose more mushroom! It could have used a little more cheese, the fries were decent. The prices may be a lot for the portion, but that's okay! It tasted good, and I would definitely give another star if I tried

Just an overall bad experience. New chain just opened at Walmart in Renton. Girl at the counter did not greet with hello. Sandwich took forever, ordered Philly and to say a very big disappointment would be an understatement. Probably the absolute worst Philly I've ever eaten. Steak was cold, cheese

Ordered the loaded fries cheese and bacon. Well the bacon was off tasted rancid. Off aside tho the cheese and fries were good. Just the bacon was not able to swallow.

We shared the large Philly Cheesesteak sandwich which is about 12 inch and it was tasty and satisfying. This is part of the food court. The food was prepared quickly and there are a few tables right in front where you can sit and enjoy your meal.

I ordered the Philly cheese steak combo, and ended up somewhat disappointed. They claim to be "the world's best Philly cheese steak", which is certainly over exaggerated. The cheese steak is good, but far from mouth watering good. I had better cheese steak in other restaurants, such as Red Robin's,
