I waited long enough in that store and he told me I had to wait more… As you know that Time is money and he wasted my time more than 20 minutes… I am not against him but he shouldn’t leave alone in that store, period…

Beware of this 7-11 store as they may be skimming your credit card for card number. I tried to use a Mastercard credit card using the touchless option. The store clerk insists that it did not work and asked to swipe my card. I did both that and also inserted the chip to get it to work. Nothing worked and I switched to another credit card which did work.
Now that 1st Mastercard credit card a few days later had 2 fraudulent charges of over USD $50 each - from Academia EDU and befunky.com - both of which I did not make. I had a feeling that this store was rather suspicious and I shouldn't have trusted the store clerk. But it's done and I've reported the fraudulent charges to my bank. Be aware of store.

The cashier was insanely rude and took on a wildly passive-aggressive attitude when I asked a question after the labeled price didn’t match what she was charging me. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I’m never going to this location again to find out.

I literally feel attacked everytime I come to this location....all the questions at the counter, all the demands made for me before I can complete my purchase...No, I'm not donating anything because for one, there's a private owner and I highly doubt he would overcharge on mediocre items just to feed the poor, steps away from the door might I add, amd for two, if the actual owner of the actual chain is taking up these donations, why not just pay into the charity themselves since it affords a hefty tax write off at the end of the year....I ask the cashier could she please quit asking me if I have a 7-Eleven number, amd could she quit begging for my change at the end of every purchase, and she says it's policy to ask, but you see me at least 3 times a day so who's policy is this exactly, and why am I subjected to these policies when I'm the customer.....Citgo for now own

I went in for a bottle of lipton pure leaf tea. I get no acknowledgement when I walk in, so I go get my tea. I go to the counter, where the lady working has her baby in a high chair. She comes over to help me, and promptly sneezes all over her hands, TWICE! Things happen, there's a sink right there so I hope she'll wash. NOPE! Tues around, grabs the tea bottles and starts ringing them up. She asks me if I want a bag, and I do, but I tell her, I'll bag them. She grabs the bag, and ONE GLOVE, puts on the glove and opens the bag, and starts bagging!. I told her again, I'll bag them. She stops, and I bag the remaining tea bottles, and leave. She helps the two gents behind me without ever washing up either...

So where do you get a bite to eat at 2am after flying for almost 24 hours? 7-11! Yay for this place being almost on the Residence Inn property, the entrance is about five seconds away from the lobby. Wendy's was open but meh, that was across the street, probably a 15 second walk.....too far! So 7-11 it was.
I love their slurpees and remember getting them all the time after school as a kid but if I had one then with all that sugar I'd probably not sleep at all. So a spicy taquito it was for me and a hot dog for the hubby. We're not sure if that hot dog gave him stomach problems the next day or if it was just all that traveling, but for convenience store food it was all pretty tasty.
The young man that helped us that night was also awesome and gave us a discount on a case of bottled water. Very cool!

I went to store Monday noon buy drinks and some food I ask cashier can I use restroom because I come from hospital my kidney transplant I have to use restroom he told me restroom broken 😡 if it broken where they go ? I was very upset I will complaints to better business bureau

Seems like it might be a company wide scam because this has got to be the third time I've seen this but the buy 2 get 1 free on items. They try to charge for all 3 and act like they don't know how to give the 3rd one for free. This last one made me even put my juice back because it seemed like he was trying to pull a fast one so I went elsewhere...
