Today was my first visit to Siegis with a friend's recommendation. I tried the salad sampler which was a great start to the meal. The dill cucumber salad and potato salad were excellent and got devoured quickly. I ordered the chicken schnitzel which was good with the red cabbage and hot Geman salad
I have been wanting to try this place ever since I won some sausage playing dirty Santa. The sausage served fresh at the restaurant did not disappoint. The sandwiches we tried were good but not the highlight I hoped for. The pastrami was thin, and the bark I have loved on so many others was missing

Great food, awesome staff, great beer selection (Das Boot), another gem in South Tulsa. If you get the chance to go to one of their wine or beer dinners, make sure you go, you will not be disappointed. Tanya and Lindsey are the best.
