A great little unassuming Cafe. I've never been here but after a work event in Tulsa someone in our group suggested we go for breakfast/early lunch. The menu had lots of choices for everyone. I had beans and cornbread w fried potatoes that were outstanding...just like dad used to make.
My coworker next to me had a burger that looked great and I snuck a haystack onion ring from her that was amazing! A couple of the guys had breakfast which looked good and I sampled a pancake that was light fluffy and sweet.
Prices were a good value and service was excellent. They were able to accommodate a group of 10 no problem.
Great food! The onion rings were fabulous! Portion size was great. We will be back!
The omelets are huge with a nice serving of crispy on the outside hash brown potatoes. Be sure to order the biscuits and gravy with your meal. You get TWO biscuits with the best sausage gravy around. Of course, all their food is yummy whether you get breakfast, lunch or dinner.
This place is awesome. They serve breakfast and lunch/dinner all day. They are fairly priced and does have a good child menu.
Friendly staff, great service, great food, and fun old fashion dinner.
First timer @Freeway! I got the CFS meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, fries and okra. I had fried green tomatoes as an appetizer.
CFS 9/10
Fries 7/10
Mashed potatoes and gravy 8/10
Okra 7/10
Fried green tomatoes 9/10
My husband and I went here for the first time last night. They have a wide variety of stuff including all day breakfast. Some dinner items were chicken fried chicken, burgers & fries (or onion rings) soups, salads. The pancakes π₯ were delicious π (or so says my husband).
The atmosphere was very chill. It's a quiet little place that takes you back in time (50's decor) Our server was Marci and she was so sweet.. Very patient, since it took me forever to figure out I wanted soup and salad π₯ π€¦π»ββοΈ (She convinced me the potato soup was very good π€·π»ββοΈ) (it really was π) We will definitely be going back to explore the breakfast menu! π β₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈπππππβββββ
Great menu options, great tasting meals and good servers. Check out was a super lengthy wait. They either need a second checkout terminal for peak weekend times, or better training on their point of sale software.
I love the automobilia atmosphere, and the food is always good here.
During the huge windstorm aftermath they had huge generators to power the restaurants and big refrigerated trucks to keep supplies in.
Pretty smart!
Everything was great other than they cooked the pancakes next to the liver and onions so his pancakes tasted like my liver and onions BUT when we made them aware, they made it right.
