My first time there today and it was amazing. The service was outstanding through the lunch hour. All the staff worked as a team. Very professional. The food was excellent. You owe it to yourself to check them out. I will be back.

Last night, for Mardi Gras, my husband and I went with a group of 18 for dinner. Despite being very busy for Mardi Gras and us having a large group, we received excellent service. The food was delicious, and the drinks were good. This was my third time here, and we have been very satisfied each time. We have tried almost every alcoholic drink, and the only one I don’t care for as much is the Swamp Juice. Between my husband and me and the three visits, we have discovered the bloody mary, margarita, hurricane, and long island tea were all good. I have tried alligator meat several places including in Florida, but Swamp House has the best to me. It’s tender and flavorful. The red beans are also delicious. They have a sauce for dipping called Swamp House which we love; it’s just spicy enough. The only drawback is a small parking lot, however we will be back, even if we have to walk a bit!
I’ve been wanting to try SwampHouse for weeks and wasn’t disappointed on a recent visit. The atmosphere is low-country bayou chic, the cocktails are strong and the Cajun food was a treat! Blackened catfish was large & tender and the seasoning left my mouth pleasantly on fire. Red beans & rice was seasoned perfectly with a cayenne kick and their hush puppies were on-point. My favorite bite was a side of cornmeal fried whole okra. Perfection! I love what they do here. Definitely coming back! 🦐🐊⚜️😋
Good beer and cocktail selection and some great cajun dishes make this a great addition to the Studio District. They often feature live performances by local musicians. The outdoor dining area is a wonderful place to gather with friends and family.
Everyone claims to serve authentic southern cuisine, yet are rarely ever even close to passing as a facsimile.
SwampHouse proved to be an exception to the rule and served authentic southern cuisine all the way down to the iced tea, southern fried catfish and gator po-boys.
I simply cannot say enough good things about this place and its staff. They batted a thousand on every facet of our evening outing.
The food tasted very good with excellent flavor. We had a good waiter that helped to make it a good visit. I will definitely be returning.

Great atmosphere. Owners are very hands on in daily operations. Great people, amazing family own recipes. You're definitely missing out if you haven't stopped by.
We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon when it wasn't so busy. Paige took really good care of us. We started with the Spores, which is the fried mushrooms. Legit, among the best fried mushrooms in Tulsa. I had the crawfish po' boy (picture attached) that comes with slaw. The crawfish was tender and tasty, making for a really good sandwich. The slaw included diced green bell pepper. Both were delicious. My wife had the drip beef sandwich that she said had tender and flavorful beef. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable lunch. Can't wait to go back.
Great food. Great service. Great music. Great drinks. Great atmosphere. I recommend.
Absolutely authentic Cajun Creole comfort food with an atmosphere with all the look and feel of a Louisiana Cajun back woods bayou chow house.
