I just want to thank the new (to me) manager, Thomas. It's very rarely that I come into a fast food restaurant and see a manager so committed to creating a good experience for the customer, but that's what I found in Thomas tonight. I hope Burger King does their best to keep him or, even better, gives him more authority over the way the BKs around here are run because the industry could use more managers like him. The girl on the counter did a great job with hospitality as well, but Thomas stepped in and supported her like a good manager should and made sure I left with a smile on my face and some great food. Burger King, give them both a raise.
This restaurant has the most awesome crew members and managers. They are all so helpful and nice. The restaurant is always clean and everyone is always smiling and working hard. Thanks for the opportunity guys.
I am just not a huge BK fan, that's probably why the food didn't satisfy me as much as I'd like. Other than that, everything was great, hot and fresh. It was a bit expensive to fill up but so is everything now.
Used app and drive through for pick up. Worked flawlesly You see all deals especially for the app user. Chicken sandwich was excellent as was burger. Can't beat flame broiled taste. Mmm
Super great energy with the team working there. My burger was delicious and hot. 10/10 coming back in the near future.

New management, bc the atmosphere is different and ppl are actually working hard to get out fast hot food
Just rolled through with a large order that included chicken. It was a full wait on the chicken and that was all. It was all fresh and hot and order was correct and they were friendly and it was a great experience. Been here before and food was good then too.
Looks like a lot of people have trouble with the drive through being tight to get through but it’s all good.
The person taking orders was curtious and took our order great, food was hot and fresh as it should be!
We came here with my mother-in-law yesterday and we were so impressed with not only the freshness of the food, but the restaurant was so clean and organized. And the manager was ABSOLUTELY amazing.
If you like Burger King, it's definitely worth the drive to go to this one on 11th and Harvard.
We will definitely go to this one from now on rather than the one closest to our house.
