My daughter really enjoys Popeyes and there is not one in our town. She takes every opportunity to suggest Popeyes when we are out. I have to admit I love their light crunchy crust myself and the biscuits are just amazing!

So, My Beautiful Granddaughter and I stopped by Popeyes at the Bixby location this past Saturday, to make a few purchases, which included a Large Sweet Tea w/ mango Puree and NO ice. The General Manager, who was in attendance & a very Nice Lady, shared with me that that's "Exactly how she likes to drink hers too."🙂 She was really friendly, btw. Anyhoo, the tea was old and didn't taste right, so the General Manager had them make a fresh batch of the sweetened tea. Once done, it was delightful and ABSOLUTELY🥤delicious! I had to buy a large drink in order to get the '2-piece and a Biscuit' (Mild or Spicy) for Free that was on the receipt after I'd completed the survey. However, there was only 1 mild drumstick, and my granddaughter wanted both of her "legs" to be mild. Plus, there would've been an addt'l 9 minute wait time to cook more chicken. So the Friendly General Manager suggested a mild thigh that was cooked already, and that was fine by us. Once everything was sorted out, the staff members made sure that we had everything together and what we needed, and we did. Once I searched the bag to ck my granddaughter's food-I thanked them all for their help and wished everyone a good day on my way out, and then I left.

Violee is the BESTEST!!!!! Cynthia and Jaelynn are so awesome too!!!! I literally go every Friday and they make sure my order is right and on my birthday, they gave ma pie!!!! It’s the little things like I didn’t notice til I got home and it was a happy birthday written on it 🤗🤗🤗🤗 made my day!!!!! The food is SOOOOO GOOD fresh, tasty, worth my mortgage payment 😂

The nuggets are the best I've ever had! The popcorn shrimp was kinda cold and rubbery, maybe due to the temperature they keep in this Popeyes location. The biscuits were right on. The customer service performed above and beyond. Now the bad.... Really the only real negative was the temperature. The restaurant was cold... Probably around 62. Even other people were complaining that it would be warmer to eat outside. Great food, probably better to get it to go.

Food is consistently amazing. It's our go to chicken spot at this point.

The food is usually good but the service is something to be desired. I normally have something missing from my order and have to circle back around. It's like the people that mess up all the time get promoted.

The food and the staff are great here. Clean courteous etc. That being said, I am old enough to get my own condiments and napkins. Using Covid at this point (Sept 2022) as an excuse to limit these necessities is a little outdated, against mainstream science and falling very much out of favor. Save your nickels elsewhere without feeding your customers a line of bull. Don't take it out on the employees they just work there and do a fine job otherwise.
