I enjoyed the hibachi shrimp entree with brown rice. It was tasty and ample for two servings. The shrimp toast was good, and it's an appetizer I don't often find on menus in Tulsa. They also had several pork dishes that are not common anymore.
If you are sensitive to the smell of cannabis do not dine in. The pervasive odor comes from the dispensary next door.
We really enjoyed eating dinner here tonight. I ordered the happy family, and my husband got the beef hibachi with added shrimp. We had fried rice and chicken egg rolls. Every bite of food was very fresh and delicious. This restaurant is a hidden gem. The dining area was clean, and the walls have a beautiful red color and fine art that gives a fantastic ambiance.
New Royal Dragon is the best place for Chinese food I’ve ever been to & Im a Chinese food lover!! Their takeout is just as amazing. But, they’re dining experience is 10/10 each and every time. Super quick service, clean & delicious. Their prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get (around $10/person)! Can’t say enough good things. I recently moved out of state & it is so hard to find good Chinese, so it’s definitely on the list to do when back in town!
The Royal Dragon is such a good local experience! I loved the artistic and beautiful atmosphere along with all the options they had available on the menu. It was around $10 and under per person with what we ordered. The price is very reasonable for what you receive! Especially since you get free dessert at the end! They have an ice cream machine and some cookies at a mini dessert-bar, it's super cute🥺💕!

We just recently found this place and were thrilled with the food and service. The prices are reasonable and we had to bring home half our food to have the next day. The servings ate plentiful. Plus there's a dessert bar with ice cream! The cashew chicken was the best I have found in Tulsa!
Loved the MooGooGaiPan. The sesame chicken could have been a little more crispy and hot. The food was fresh, the atmosphere was relaxing and the decor was appropriate. Very clean. Loved the idea of crackers/chips and sweet dip. They also have an icecream bar. Very reasonable prices. Dinner for 3 was $29. We will definately go back as this is the best chinese in a 5 mile radius.
One of my favorite places to order chinese from! The people who take my phone order are always soo nice & the food is allways soo good!! We can eat on it for a couple of days. 😋 Definitely recommend!

We are new to the area and decided to try New Royal Dragon for dinner. We were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and beautiful decor when you enter. We were seated immediately and they brought us some wanton crisps and sweet and sour to snack on while we looked at the menu. We ordered chicken egg rolls, hunan beef and shrimp in lobster sauce. Everything came to the table at once and it was all hot and fresh. We like spice and flavor and this was delicious. Some of the best hot mustard we've found in Oklahoma. I loved the Hunan Beef and will definitely have that again and my husband really enjoyed his shrimp as well. We are both looking forward to returning and finding other favorites on their menu. You can order with them on GrubHub but I really enjoyed the environment of the restaurant so we will be back!

This place is awesome 👌 great food and can't beat the value. Lunch entree, with soup and roll of choice for 8-10 dollars is amazing. Portions were generous and everything tasted home made and NOT out of a box. LOVED IT, will be back often!
