Visited this location for the first time today. We traveled about an hour to come see a “classic” Pizza Hut! The restaurant was super clean and full of nostalgia from the 80s. It was amazing to see. The staff, especially our waitress, were very kind and attentive. I was able to take a load of pictures and videos for my YouTube with no issues. She also gave us some coloring pages and a Halloween bag to add to our Pizza Hut collection at home lol. I felt so welcomed! The food came out within minutes and was super hot and delicious. I can’t get over how great of an experience I had and can’t wait to return!
This is like a time capsule. I believe it is the only "classic" Pizza Hut in Pennsylvania, less than 100 in the US. Old school 80s decor, table service, salad bar. It's Pizza Hut, so the food isn't amazing, but it's nostalgic. And our server was great, super nice, even though they were very busy and looked short-handed. Might sound strange, but the French fries were fantastic.

The prices are very reasonable, too.
I think the most noteworthy thing about this Pizza Hut location is the customer service.
Every time we eat here, the waitresses are always so kind, courteous, friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
I live a good distance away, but it is always well worth the trip to Tunkhannock just to stop in here (:
PIZZA HUT CLASSIC- fast friendly service and I felt transported to my local Pizza Hut in the 80s!!! They have a salad bar and to go window. If you miss the Pizza Hut of your childhood check it out! We loved it and will be back!
bring back to memories..i was looking pizza hut restaurant since not too many at PA. finally i found and eat in there last night. classic pizza and garlic bread taste the same like pizza hut in my country. love it
Haven't eaten here in over 20 years, and it was nice to stop by again. Pizza was pretty close to how I remember it. Some changes include the pizza pan is not cast iron throughout, I think that makes a difference in the pan pizzas. Also, no bacon bits or crunchy chow mein on the salad bar. But, the restaurant was clean, updated, service was prompt and friendly, and food was hot and fresh. Can't ask for much more than that.
The pizza is mediocre at best. The sauce is the only real good thing about it. The wings are awesome. Got the lemon pepper dry rub. They should call the place Wing Hut.

I was to Pizza Hut the other day I got the Super Supreme Deep Dish Original. Was excellent. If you love a gourmet pizza. Then should try one of these. Or if it's been a while since you had one. Was worth it. Under$21.00 for a large. With a large drink. The service was great. The pizza was perfect golden crust. Done all the way through. Good place to eat. Tunkhannocks Pizza Hut.
Pizza Hut Classic! Great pizza you can sit inside and eat! They even have a salad bar still. The decor is nostalgic, the pizza hot and delicious. The staff was attentive and very nice. Everything you're looking for!
