Restaurant & bathroom was clean, employee Jayden was very nice & helpful. Service time to wait was reasonable and the food was hot and tasty- yummy. Only issue was the amount of food for the price I paid was not worth it.

I haven't had Tropical Smoothie in quite some time. This morning I decided to try something different & enjoyed it. For breakfast this morning I ventured & had the Avocado grilled cheese, kale salad (for later) & a dragonfruit smoothie. 😋

I ordered on their website. Had my smoothies delivered to my parking lot and left on the floor. When I went to dispute my order Doordash had me talk to tropical smoothie although I had proven it's the driver's fault. When I emailed and talked to tropical smoothie I did not get a response. The smoothie was great. I just didn't like that the people don't wear gloves to fix food or smoothies. They were making food orders with no gloves on. They should have to wear gloves when touching food or making smoothies.

James is a great employee, definitely deserves a raise. He always makes the best smoothies and my order is always made perfectly. Would give him 10+ stars if I could.

The wait here is always long but this time especially, I waited 30 minutes for my smoothie. When it takes a total of 5 or less minutes to make it. By the time I received my smoothie my wrap was cold and gross. Absolutely ridiculous.

My smoothie had the consistency of water as soon as I got it. Pretty terrible and pricey
