Been going here for years, the food is always on point and delicious. Could they use updates of course but at least the waitress is good and the food is delicious.

Food was great! My wife had the Korean BBQ (galbi) and I had the Yakisoba. Both were perfect, highly recommend!

Our favorite Japanese spot in the area. Food is delicious. We always get hot sake, beers, a couple appetizers, sushi and yakisoba. My husband says it's the best yakisoba and we travel all over the country. The owners are very friendly. They're in the process of building an outdoor patio that looks really nice so far.

Quaint little sushi/Asian food place located in a town that is in desperate need of both cultural variety and healthy food options. Very nice hard-working staff. If they are busy, it's still worth the wait. Way better than the local/typical 'cheese burger quesadilla' option.

Yay! They're OPEN on Mondays! You have to stop by here if you're craving sushi. Sushi was fresh and DELICIOUS. My S.O. ordered the BBQ beef ribs and they had so much flavor ( a little fatty) but as good as it gets! 😋 I definitely will be coming back. :)

I have always had a great experience here. The staff are very respectful and aim to please. They also have a couple of off menu items that are each unique and great. This is a true hidden gem in twentynine palms.

This place is not the best Japanese place for sure! However considering it location and everything else around this place is a welcoming addition to the town of Twentynine Palms! It tasted alright to me and no much if any other like this in area fish is farmed but still taste good!

A quaint, cozy, hidden gem. If you like hole in the wall places - this on me is for you. The prices are reasonable and the food is prepared with care. The staff (especially the kitchen staff) are passionate about providing delicious food. One went out of his way to ensure we didn't find the sushi roll too spicy since the jalapeño was fresh and extra firey. Great for takeout but I recommend eating in. Don't sleep on this place!

After almost 3 weeks in America, this was the authentic food we needed. Chicken Bul Go Ki was amazing and my boyfriend LOVED the chicken katsu. Maybe not the most cosy place to have dinner, but the food was absolutely delicious!

You will ALWAYS be greeted when walking into the restaurant, unlike most places their greeting is genuine and not bland. They won't rush you to order or huff-n-puff when you're looking at the menu. They won't talk negative about the customers while in the back. They don't have nasty attitudes like they're miserable and don't want to be at work. The food is flavorful. I've tried everything except the sushi. Stop by and give them a Konichiwa👋

Run by both Japanese and Korean native so the food are authentic while adapted to US culture considering the portion! Friendly, polite and respectful people, advise anyone to stop here for the taste of Japanese and Korean food.

First time trying Fuji driving to Las Vegas on the back road. Had the best service from an awesome girl who was cooking and serving tables. She was busy but friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent (spicy chicken). Support family owned businesses like this before everything turns into boring chains. To the vegans who left a one star review below because they did not have a vegan menu - businesses are not obligated to cater to your needs. Go find a vegan restaurant, get over your self - entitlement and go f yourself.

My family and I love the chicken teriyaki here. We have been coming here for over 15 years. Even with owner change a few years, it's still our go-to when visiting family in 29 palms.
