So it took way too long to get our pizzas. I was told 30-40 minutes delivery time and it was an hour and 15 minutes until we finally got ours. I'm giving it a 5 star due to the fact when I called the second time the manager having good customer service and the driver was also polite and apologetic.
My dad and I have been buying pizza from here for many years and I tell ya hands down this is the best place to order food from and the staff are very nice people.
Papa John's they're very very nice people that work there you know I had to use the restroom and they didn't have to but they let me and they showed me the way to it and and just very nice food was quick to get it in and out and the pizza was really hot steaming from the oven and they'd made sure everything was nice and fresh and and yummy

I decided to visit this place to get away from my usual domino's trap that the local base has and really have to say I am pleasantly surprised at this place. Went in, had my order taken fairly quickly, and out in no time. Staff was very active and loved the energy!!!! Pizza was hot and delicious, not normally a Papa John's kidda guy, but hey if I want the good businesses to remain in business, I think I should encourage those who are rocking it. Thanks guys for a great experience. I will be back around.
Papa John's has really stepped it up. That New York style pizza is great. Had it a half a dozen times now. The service is quick and the help is always professional. I highly recommend this establishment.

This is the only place we ordered pizza from when we lived in 29. It was always a good experience. We always ordered through the app, and we racked up enough points to get 2 free pizzas. We never had a complaint or negative experience here. You can tell the management is on top of things. The staff is awesome!
I was trying to use a 50% off coupon and customize The Big Bonanza pizza to just have normal sauce, NOT the BBQ but it wouldn't give me an option to change it on the app. So I called this Papa John's and they said to go ahead and put the order in on the app so I still get the discount, the manager personally took down my name and number and said they would go ahead and take care of the change for me. So grateful! It was a hectic day but this helped! Thanks Papa John's!
I subscribed to emails from them and get 50% off coupons like everyday, and whenever I order for delivery they've always delivered before the time I was told, AND when I order carryout, they always have my entire order ready when I get there! (The email does let me know how much time to wait before going to pick it up so I usually wait like 10-15 minutes before I leave my house and I only live literally 2 miles away). Awesome service, awesome pizza. Thanks! 😊
I just ordered so I have not received my pizza yet. So the 4 star rating is solely from the satisfaction of customer service I received tonight. The staff member who originally started my order handled my irritating ranting on appropriately. I spoke with the manager I think his name is J.D.) was very helpful tonight and was very patient with me. Thankyou for that kind sir!

I love Papa John's. I just got tired of always eating from dominoes and Papa John's doesnt let you down, when it comes to flavor! If you buy, buy online and look at their deals/coupons! It surely makes a difference!
