A must visit if you're in Twin. The menu is awesome and the bar is full. Great staff and the views are the best in town. Outdoor seating allows for you to enjoy the canyon and a cozy fire. Lots of options and parking is easy. Happy that I stopped in and looking forward to visiting again. I especially loved the Tuna.

We decided to stop in per recommendation from a family member and we were so glad we did. The restaurant is cool with dim lighting, almost cabin like with a great view. Dinner is currently limited to 1 hr and 45min so just keep that in mind. They were so welcoming even though we didn’t have a reservation on a busy night. We were immediately greeted and had cocktails in hand not too long after. Their cocktail menu is to die for. Is it up to date with some of the best/newest liquor. Now to the good stuff, this is what we ordered: For cocktails we ordered the Daredevil sidecar and the GINger. Both were excellent and the sidecar was the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. For an appetizer our server recommended the baked Brie and we decided to go for it. It came with a whole bulb of roasted garlic, green apples and crostini’s. The crostini’s were a bit too dry, like they might’ve been made way to far ahead and lacked any flavor that’s normally baked on with some sort of butter or cheese. The baked Brie made up for the crostini’s because it was baked in puff pasty, so delicious. Tomato soup before dinner was again some of the best we’ve ever had. We also ordered a great bottle of Sauvignon Blanc with dinner. For dinner I ordered the Kobe Beef Meatloaf and my husband ordered the Northwest Seafood Linguine. My husband devoured his meal and I was so stuffed from cheese and cocktails that I only managed a few bites of mine before I had to tap out. Meatloaf was great and not like a traditional meatloaf flavor, a little spicy from peppers and less sweet from less ketchup. Dinner came with rolls and sweet huckleberry butter, it truly made the dinner excellent. We of course saved room for Creme Brûlée and a nightcap which was their Hibernation and a cup of coffee. Dinner was incredible and service was just as good. We can’t wait to come back.

Had a great meal here! We are staying in Twin Falls as part of our family road trip. In researching restaurants, we came across this one. We made reservations (highly recommended as they were packed) and were seated in a booth. Location is one aspect of what makes this restaurant great. Every seat has a beautiful view of the canyon, and the golf course at the base of it, adjacent to the Snake River. Really an impressive view. Another aspect of what makes this place great is the food. Full of flavor. Nicely presented and prepared. Quality ingredients. Great rolls served with huckleberry butter. Our entrées were delicious. Desserts were a real treat (I had the crisp). We all left very full! I don't normally like to eat so much, but I couldn't stand to not eat everything! Final aspect is the service. It was full, and these days, things are rough on restaurants and their staff. Sure, we waited a bit longer than what I imagine was typical a few years ago, but our server and service was fantastic. Friendly and thoughtful. Really rounded out the meal. So, I whole heartedly recommend this restaurant. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed.

Came here for an early dinner (~5pm) via their bar food menu. Everything was on point, especially the dope view! My server Taylor would snap me out (in a good way) of my trance in looking at the Snake River, the two golf courses, and the bridge. He was very attentive during my stay, and both the food plus drinks were really good.

Wow!!! Not only a fantastic restaurant, but also amazing ambience and experience! We had two waiters, one who was in training (which you would have never known, based on his expertise and excellent service skills) and a second who knew the menu inside & out, with great recommendations. They were amazing and on top of anything we needed. Sitting outside on the overlook and the amazing views, truly made for a magical anniversary trip! The food was top notch, rating up there with the Top of the World in Vegas. I loved the local Ruby Red Trout … talk about fresh! We will DEFINITELY be back to visit this fantastic restaurant!!!

Beautiful atmosphere and by far the best quality in the town of Twin Falls. Nice upscale gastro pub style with almost a fine dining feel...especially with the view and host-kike treatment from the staff. The food is delicious and there are specialty drinks and a great selection of local spirits and brews. Here is a pic of my whiskey lullaby

I love coming back to Elevation 486 when I'm in Twin Falls. It's always a good bet, even if you get there late and can only get bar food. I got the potstickers, chips and salsa, and a Caesar salad this time (photo after I'd eaten over half of all of those). Other times when I've come earlier I have had a variety of regular dinner menu items, and I especially love that they feature local products that are so fresh and tasty.
