Think of this as an Italian Chipotle. You walk up, pick what you want, add what you want for the ultimate customized lunch. So good!! I got the basil pesto penne with grilled chicken and broccoli, my husband got the carbonara with meatballs. Yeah, whatever I get next time getting those meatballs. That's where it's at!!

This was my first visit and I will for sure be back. The food was amazing. I got the power bowl and was unsure at first since I am not a big hummus fan. The hummus is AMAZING. I love the way we were able to customize and make the bowel our own, yet all the flavors worked together. 10/10 recommend. Atmosphere and staff were top tier.
This is Chef prepared high quality foods in a counter service atmosphere - try the off menu Super Protein bowl and a Lobster bisque. Everyone working is always friendly and looks like they are having fun here - top notch keto options too
Tried this place for the first time yesterday, and I was both amazed and impressed! Considering I've been in the restaurant business 40 plus years, and own 2 still, I'm not easily impressed, but they did it!
I was warmly greeted immediately, and my staff member was Eddie. He was explained the options for my choices, Carbonara & Side Salad. Everything was fresh and tasted simply amazing!!! This is now my "go to place", when I take a day off from my places!
Also, exceptionally clean and you can watch the chefs cooking while you're waiting, huge plus!

I eat at Piada at least once a week, if not more. The food is always great (I recommend the Chef’s Favorite with grilled chicken, add avocado), and the team is even better! They’re friendly, personable, and understand the importance of their guests. I’ve managed businesses in the service industry for over fifteen years, and as a result I’ve learned to recognize top talent when I see it. Great businesses are a result of great leaders with great staff, and that’s what you find here.
While the entire team is great, I want to give a special shout-out to Eddie. Good work and good service deserved to be recognized!
I can't say enough good things about this establishment! The food is amazing every time, but what stands out to me the most is the customer service. I'm greeted with a friendly wave and hello every time I enter the restaurant. The sweet cashier always remembers me and goes out of her way to make sure I have everything I need. Spencer is awesome, he remembers me and knows what I want, and he gets my order started as soon as he sees me. We have lunches delivered to our office frequently and have never had any issues. Everyone at Piada goes out of their way to make everything right. Thank you Spencer, you and your crew are the best. Everyone I talk to has great things to say about your restaurant! Hands down the best service in town.
The workers are so nice! They are quick and have fun and talk to you. The chef checked me out today and was so sweet. Every time I see him he has such a positive attitude it’s refreshing! He gave me a student discount and told me that Wednesdays are student discount days and I enjoyed waiting for my food because they were finishing cooking the vegetables. The food is absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back and bringing my friends with me too!
Love this place! If there is a line it moves quickly and everyone is very nice professional and fast. One time my husband's salmon looked like chicken (it was salmon tho) and someone brought my husband another piece of salmon because the one he got looked odd (husband said it tasted totally fine). All around one of my fav places to eat, their food is amazing.
