I absolutely LOVE Whataburger! Unfortunately, I live in Arkansas and can only get it when I go to Texas. I did find the best one in Chandler, TX. Clean, friendly staff, hot food, and the Coke was delicious!
The manager and her staff here was super friendly and respectful. One thing I noticed here was that the staff was very respectful to their manager. Something you don't see anymore. They were equivalent to a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Great job to this Whataburger!
This review is about wait times. The last 6 times I have been here they make you pull forward to wait on your order. Most fast food places give your food at the window. This location seems to always be running behind. Set extra time aside if you plan on stopping here.
We wanted about 25 minutes to get our food. They tried to give us someone else's food and drinks twice after they asked what our order was twice. One lady asked about giving us a refund but they didn't respond to her. We didn't even complain we gladly took our food and went to our hotel.
