We love coming to Chick-fil-a because it is the LEADER in world class customer service. I had the smoked bbq chicken sandwich which was recently brought back and it was very good. Clean, friendly atmosphere and great food!

I typically have had an improved experience as of late here. For a while the chicken did not taste right. Very full of gristle and greasy. Lately it has tasted right. Hoping that this location stays good. It is one of few places in town I feel is worthwhile.
Very quick, very friendly, and my food was better than perfect! I got chicken strips and was so very pleased! They were definitely hot! They didn't look perfect but after one bite, I did not care!!! Juicy, juicy juicy, but not run down your chin kind. Not greasy, this was juice in n the meat!!! And

I like that the kids meals come with ice cream but the meal itself isn't very filling for my 6 year old. The playground is enticing but not open to the public so that was disappointing for the kiddos. The workers are kind and I like the food though.
The COVID is basically over. You cannot park close to restaurant. It makes you feel like they don't want you eating inside! I would rather eat at the one on Broadway in Tyler or at the one on the Interstate 20 close to Lindale..
This is the second time that I didn’t get any sauces with my nuggets. The first time I let it slide because y’all seemed a little busy. TODAY y’all weren’t busy at all made it all the way to work & no sauce, DO BETTER!!!
