My meal was prepared exactly as I requested. My burger was perfect. I took it to go and called the manager to express my appreciation and to please recognize the employees.
Visit 05/07/22 @ 9PM. None of the staff would even acknowledge people in the lobby to place an order. Ordered on the app ahead, couldn't pick up the food. $12.90 for a medium size chicken sandwich and tiny apple pie. I understand inflation is a factor, but this is nearly a $4 increase. I miss the old whataburger ownership
Food was very good and fresh. I had taquito. Very good. Only problem was the water. I drink mainly water. The water tasted terrible. Almost salty. Poured it out.

Look I been coming here almost everyday for years. This crew that you have working at nights needs to broken up with a new team leader. Quality of food went down big time how do you give out a biscuit that the top half is hard as a rock. Then every 5 days all fryers are off so they don’t have to do
