My meal was prepared exactly as I requested. My burger was perfect. I took it to go and called the manager to express my appreciation and to please recognize the employees.
Visit 05/07/22 @ 9PM. None of the staff would even acknowledge people in the lobby to place an order. Ordered on the app ahead, couldn't pick up the food. $12.90 for a medium size chicken sandwich and tiny apple pie. I understand inflation is a factor, but this is nearly a $4 increase. I miss the old whataburger ownership
Food was very good and fresh. I had taquito. Very good. Only problem was the water. I drink mainly water. The water tasted terrible. Almost salty. Poured it out.

Look I been coming here almost everyday for years. This crew that you have working at nights needs to broken up with a new team leader. Quality of food went down big time how do you give out a biscuit that the top half is hard as a rock. Then every 5 days all fryers are off so they donโt have to do

Went to get breakfast and realized it was slow and people were getting aggravated. Finally got to menu to order and realized it was a young lady working all by herself.
