Food is good but they aren't up front about their pricing. Some of their offerings incur an extra charge, they call them "plus ones" but nowhere on the menu or in the store, or even on receipt do they tell you which items will incur this charge. This is quite a bit suspicious and shady practice.

Customer service was very polite. Very cool atmosphere. Everything seem to be very clean, especially the bathrooms. The only thing I was disappointed in was the amount of rice and beans compared to all the other items I requested for my burrito. The rice and beans made up at least 85% of my burrito.
