Fast service and the taste and freshness you will always get at a Jimmy John's. There is a weird "oh God am I in a Rob Zombie movie" vibe going on with the staff but the sandwiches are good and we haven't been kidnapped... yet.
Delicious food! Average service. Couldn't remember to cut a sandwich in 1/2 after 2 minutes. Had to make 2 trips. Best deli turkey ever!
Clean restaurant but the staff was not too friendly! We was not welcome when we entered the establishment! Sandwich would have been great if the bread was not hard and stale ! I think I will stick with subway and not mention some of my lettuce was brown !

We love the food, but twice I've ordered food on the app, they respond with confirmation and then the food doesn't come. Once the store called me, but recently not a peep. When I called they didn't answer the phone.

Closed before the posted time. That is very bad customer service. Got there at 8:30 but the sign says they close at 10.
My food is always made right but the delivery service is very slow. 30 min+ from when my order was placed to when it was out for delivery and another 25 min for the sandwich to get less than a mile to my house. Not exactly freaky fast.
