Wingstop - Tyler - Photo album

Wings are mediocre and most the times over cooked, flavors are ok and fries are meh, honestly makes me debate buying the boneless wings (wich aren't the best either) because the normal wings are not great. Service could be better, the place is normally clean, and soda machines are nice. Wait times v
Waited 30 minutes for cold wings and cold limp fries to go. Payed for 10 wings, got 8. Parmesan Garlic tasted rancid. Cashier was rude, an extra 1.19$ so I could get a ranch with my meal.
Stopped by wingstop on a Friday thought it would be packed with customers since it was the weekend but when I walked in there was people but just picking up call in orders I put in my order and only waited like 12 min. So it turned out good.
Trash.... Still.. service is iffy... That's even IF you get acknowledged. And once they do, it’s not to assist you.
Both locations in Tyler rude.. the wings taste like they've been fried in old grease. When you call they keep on hold for 5-10 minutes. Wingstop just not the same. It's horrible
Food was good, but fries were a bit burnt to my liking. Tables need to be cleaned. Used a baby wipe to clean ours and it was filthy. You can see from pic I took. With us trying to get out of covid there should be more cleanliness.
Oooh sooo yummy!! Thank you so much Tyler Wingstop for an amazing meal!
The food is consistently overcooked, hard and flavorless. Seems as if it sits out and not cooked fresh. You can barely eat the, wings nothing but a hard tasteless, stringy, jerky, only skin on a bone wing.
