I am a busy working mom and go through the drive thru at least once a week here. The customer service here, especially the drive thru service is exceptional and beyond anything anywhere else. If I am stressed or angry coming into the drive thru, I am always smiling coming out. They are awesome and I have never had a bad experience. They also get my order right which is nice. I wish I knew these individuals names so I can single them out, but 2 African American gentleman and a Hispanic woman are my favorites. They are a breath of fresh air and I appreciate it so much.

We went to eat here tonight after seeing my dad at the hospital. The manager was super friendly and the food was excellent. He and my daughter are "ranch dressing" buddies! Thank you for the great hospitality!
I came through the drive-thru about 7 o'clock p.m. on Monday January 30th. The gentleman at the window was extremely friendly and made my experience very pleasant. I hope your store has a positive recognition program for your employees because he definitely deserves to be awarded.
The gentleman that took my order this AM & on several occasions is the absolute BEST in customer service! He is always dressed professional, nicely groomed & greets me every time with a smile & a sincere "Good morning!" Y'all hit the JACKpot with this guy & so have all the customers who have the pleasure of coming through the drive-thru!
Egg rolls are freaking awesome
My ultimate bacon cheeseburger was good. I forgot that they put all the sauces on their burgers since it's been awhile since I had it but I scraped it off and added a little ketchup to it and it still tasted good. Their credit card machine was down so I did have to drive to the atm and then back to place my order which was a pain in the you know what but the curly fries definitely made up for that hassle I had to detour. Next time I will request the correct condiments on my burger and hopefully the machines there will be all back up and running and it'll be a perfect visit. I definitely will be going back to try some more of their food.
So it has been 4+ years since I enjoyed a 2 taco and fries set up from Jack in the Box and dang this place hit the nail on the freaking head. I miss that breakfast bad. So my wife enjoyed the old flavor so much she hit it up twice (with the kiddos) and enjoyed it twice as much as me. Move to the east coast already Jack!!!! Or at least to east TN. You are desperately needed. Call me for some franchise ideas and opportunities. We can make millions. 👌
Best Jack in the Box in town love their tiny tacos. Jack in the box is my favorite fast food place. They are quick and freindly. Very clean. Do breakfast all day. You get a full box of tiny tacos I had been so excited I devored half the box before it dawned on me to taco a picture. This way though you get a better veiw of the tacos the come with lettuce. they also have a value menu
They have a really good late night munchy meal for 6 dollars after 9pm. My son likes to go there after a late shift. They are always pretty fast. Thanks to all the fast food workers.
I like that they have a lot on the menu to choose from, everything I've ever gotten from here has never disappointed me. The worker taking our order was very sweet and patient as me and my mom we're indecisive on some of our order at the time I went. Great service and good food.
