My husband and I stopped in for dinner after Game 3 of the WNBA semifinals Sun vs. Liberty. We made reservation on OpenTable, yet at the time we could have probably been seated quickly without reservation. We had their garlic bread which was out of this world, the blue cheese fondue is EVERYTHING! We also had the chipotle-lime tenders/boneless wings, they were so savory, kind of tasted like chili-lime chips but the lime taste was definitely stronger than other “lemon pepper” rubs we’ve tried. Their french onion soup was also delicious! Our server was very nice and patient, however we think maybe she was spread thin that night. Even so, quite attentive!

Just had my first meal at this place in all my visits to Mohegan Sun and I've found a new favorite! Boy have I been missing out! Goodbye Bobby Flay, hello MJ- this is a delicious superior burger! Cooked perfectly (med rare) and delicious flavor! Our amazing server, Bri, was so well informed about the menu items and clued us in about their house made sauces and 3 day cured, in-house pastrami. It was incredible as well! Even the side of asparagus was unusually delicious for asparagus?!? I don't know what they're doing in their kitchen, but hope they keep on doing it! Bri was helpful, sweet and super attentive- checking in on us frequently (in a packed restaurant) and making sure our needs were met. We had the pleasure of meeting two managers, Dave and Jordan, one who attended to us upon entry, and the other who checked in on our table mid-meal. Just wonderful customer relations! I would give more stars if possible for an excellent dining experience, delicious food, excellent service, great environment, what more can you ask for? Highly recommended-Can't wait to go back!
Awesome truffle crusted filet minion. The creme brûlée was a great treat too. The bartender was very friendly and attentive.
Food was pricy but tasted great, service was excellent, waitstaff were pleasant, the manager checked on our experience and atmosphere was exciting. The seats in the booth were very close. You can’t have a private conversation. I arrived 20 minutes after my reservation but we were still seated. I was disappointed that my bun didn’t have the MJ Jumpman imprint as advertised. I was surprised that the television screens didn’t have highlights or replays of MJ’s games. Instead it was golf and baseball. I get the season is over but it’s kinda the reason to go there as a basketball fan. It had many photos and felt like visiting a hall of fame which made the experience fun. The food was presented ok - the appetizers were better than the entrees. It was very filling. We were too stuffed to get desserts. I had the experience and now it’s out of my system. I wouldn’t go back.
Great food and service. The manager was super helpful and attentive after there was a mistake in our food order. They quickly remade the plate and got it out us in 10 Mins.

My wife and I ate at the bar & grill on November 21st. The food was amazing and Nate our server was impressive. I have worked in several nice restaurants and he was one of the finest servers I’ve seen.
He was really personable and polite and did all the little things right. He adjusted our table so it was more to our liking, talked through the menu with us and then complimented us on our choices. He filled and refilled our water and drinks at the perfect time, removed our plates and provided our check timely, and talked with us about why we were visiting the restaurant.
All of this done in a unique way to meet and exceed our expectations, but avoid the possibility of becoming an overbearing server who becomes annoying to the guests.
Wonderful experience overall for both service and food.
Great food, great service, great staff! Some people are just unnecessary picky. Staff went above and beyond with the service, food was cooked well and served fast. We came here twice, Justin was great, unfortunately I don't remember the other name but she was great too. We visit Mohegan Sun twice a year for convention. Will be coming back. Thank you!

I heard that the garlic bread here is delicious, and it truly lived up to the hype! Absolutely enjoyed the garlic bread.
This past weekend we came for a concert, prior stopped by and had a wonderful time, enjoyed a great dinner then the next day lunch @ MJ23 Sports Bar.
Our bartender (Michelle) couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating to us, helped with Gluten free options, was very attentive and was simply perfect to us.
Our food tasted great, good size portions so you can get a few things and share with others to sample several dishes.
Loved our time and stay at Mohegan, look forward to coming back to have another great time soon @ MJ23 do to our past experience.

First of all our server was the sweetest! She made our night so special! It was our 23rd wedding anniversary. Where to celebrate it, of course Mjs 23 Sports bar! Elizabeth our server was so sweet, gave us a signed anniversary card and a complementary 23 layered desert 🥰 we did not except that at all!

Allowing some consideration due to the fact that they were busy and possibly short on staff. We ordered a long Island iced tea which should have been in a high ball glass and my margarita was served in a rock glass. ( They might have ran out of glassware). They forgot to put place settings and briefly forgot steak knives. My husband ordered their dry rub wings which were delicious. I ordered a calamari basket. I did like the take on the spicier red sauce and aoili instead of tartar sauce. I would have rather had my cherry peppers placed directly over my calamari instead of having them fried and mixed in with the calamari. Their New York strips steaks were cooked to perfection at medium and topped with the house steak sauce which did not overpower the flavor of the steak. The garlic fries that come with the steak were a bit saturated in oil. The steak juices and sauce would have been better for the fries to soak up. Fries are just a bit too greasy.
While several moderate dining restaurants at the Sun are declining since Covid. The pub and the steakhouse are consistently on point from service, food and attitude. Keep up the work.A+

Typical sports bar menu and prices, but with some awesome Jordan stuff all around. We really enjoyed the lager beer and sangria, and the short rib grilled cheese was really juicy and loaded with cheese, but just a little too thick for my liking. The teriyaki steak skewers were delicious, probably some of the best teriyaki I’ve had in a long time. Excellent service, too.
I came from Toronto Canada for this experience and I must say I was super impressed by the customer service I received everyone was super friendly our hostess I forgot her name she looked very young but she was amazing! I’m def coming back! That garlic toast with blue cheese fondue was AMAZING absolutely delicious! Everything was hot and fresh can’t wait to return soon!!!🇨🇦💜
We grabbed dinner and drinks last minute and our meal was delicious! It was my fiancés birthday and Amie was amazing! Attentive but not intrusive and had a great personality, so thank you for making our night special! :) Salmon and the chicken were great BTW.
OMG! I can't praise this place enough! No time for pictures but let me tell you the boneless wings (BBQ) were the best wings we've ever had!!! ranch is housemade, we ordered 2 flavors, half order each and one was not of our liking and they happily changed it for us and came back with another full order!! we were stunned, customer service is amazing.
Now... the NY Ribeye.. is to die for! it was perfectly cooked (medium) juicy, tender inside and seared outside with the perfect smokey crunch... comes topped with confit garlic (sooo good) and asparagus. It was by far the best steak I've ever had... now I can't eat steak anywhere else or I'll be disappointed hahaha if you are at Mohegan, this is a must!
The prime rib was so ono, well seasoned and when dipped in the au jus just made it even better. Not much to say about the garlic mash potato and the asparagus.
