This place is clean and has a nice seating area. Staff was pleasant, at least for me. I placed an order of hashbrowns they were cold.. the replaced them and gave me a free order. 😀.

Orders are messed up way too often. Went back three times in one day. Workers blamed new staff but couldnt manage getting the order right the first time. Been coming here for years, i dont think i am anymore. Gotta do better

I ask for Coffee with ice and the lady give me frozen coffee and she's leafing because I'm crazy she saying is same thing is cold she start screaming at me when I say change because I don't want that coffee. The bagel is good but cream cheese taste weird like is expired!

Employees at this store need to have a better attitude to take care of all customers, they don't listen or have an idea if they have or not a product. Then they are asked or told something the attitude is horrible. Managers need to better train their employees especially when they are not present
