After sitting in line for over 30 minutes, the guy took my order then said hold on a second, then never came back to talk for another 5 minuets. When I pulled to the window he said " we closed". When I asked him why he didn't say that at the ordering screen he said he was talking to somebody else. W

Idk who made what changes but when I first got to UC this TB was a struggle. But now, as I often like to give more than one chance lol, the people who take your orders are pleasant , don't rush you, order is correct and sauce already in the bag.only thing is... I wish they would stop giving you sog
Took nearly 25 minutes to get our order. Order was wrong. The people working there wouldn't speak to you and even got aggressive with another costumer.

I went to this TB and love the food and the service. I don't know if this goes for everybody but I can speak from experience that it was overall excellent.
This Taco Bell is always on point! I always have great customer service when visiting this location and the food is hot & fresh. I just wanted to spread the word.
