The food here is good and the staff is friendly. We didn't have to wait very long to be seated, and our server was quick to get us whatever we needed. This is a nice place to stop by if you want delicious breakfast food any time of the day. My personal favorite is their chocolate chocolate chip pan

Great food. Went in for the unlimited pancakes and they came out fast, delicious and on a roll! Add some chocolate chips for $2 more was totally worth it. My wife loves the crispy bacon she got and the eggs were good too. But our waiter was so kind and amazing, it made an awesome experience for us.

It's a tiny spot, thus a tight fit in terms of walk way. Still my friends and I found that most seating can handle 4-6 people. This is still a great IHOP, great bang for your buck and no compromise on quality. With it right off the highway, it's pretty ideal for a quick meal. I've always seen IHOP

The staff was great, my waitress was very quick and sweet. The food was pretty good but compared to another location the portions were a bit smaller. Still loved it and for small location it's crazy how fast they get people in and out
