This Boston Market is always very clean and the team members are organized, polite & friendly. The drive-thru traffic is heavy on the weekends, but keeps moving. Food is always replenished when low & the counter line is not backed up and continuously flowing. There is plenty of parking and free wifi

First visit. Restrooms dirty, sinks leaky, floor wet, told me 10 to15 minutes wait for chicken. Customer next to me then said "they told me 10 to 15 minutes wait for chicken 10 to 15 minutes ago." The food was good, what you expect at a semi-fast food place. The place was clean. The staff was not very friendly, the guy at the register was rude. They should train the employees, to be a little more friendly and welcoming of customers. The experience could have been better.
