Darius was a polite and professional employee. He seems like a very hard working employee! He must be a great asset to the Ben and Jerry's franchise restaurant. Thank you for a great experience at my first ice cream shop!
The waffle cone sundae was amazing! We asked for a brownie sundae in a waffle bowl, and they obliged. The waffle cone had a hint of cinnamon and it was so good!! The ice cream, of course, is aways fantastic!
It's a small, cute little place to go into. Customer service is great. They are very nice and whatnot and make you feel very welcomed. You're glad to sit inside and there's a small table outside and of course the ice cream is great. I have the white vanilla dipped waffle cone. So good with the blond
The service was great. I was attended to almost immediately I got there. They had limited flavors.
First visit to a Ben & Jerry's. It was great. They didn't have the flavor I wanted (salted caramel core, I have always wanted to try it but it's not available where I live) but I don't hold that against them. I tied salted caramel brownie in a waffle cone. Definitely recommend it!
I stopped by here as I was looking for something refreshing to eat on the Delmar Loop. This was the only place that did not have a long line. They have lots of flavors but were missing a few. The staff was quick at getting my order. However, they did not look like they were enjoying their job. They
My son and I went to this location today (7/24/2023) and we will definitely be back. The worker was very polite and professional and the ice cream was super delicious.
Staff is nice and very accommodating. They were happy to answer our questions, and made us amazing shakes!
Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from. They do have sorbet as well. I had the brownie batter and cookie dough ice cream. Both tasted awesome. The waffle bowl I had was very stale. The gentleman running the store was awesome!! He made the visit.
I have not eaten Ben and Jerries in quite some time. Therefore I decided to stop by the location in the U City Loop on Delmar Boulevard. They have so many delicious varieties. 😋 yummy! I decided to try the Salted Caramel Blonde flavor. 😲 OMG! It was awesome!!!!

Such a nice genuine guy speaks when you come in always has a nice big smile on his face you can tell he loves what he does. Definitely come to this location it’s not just a visit it’s an experience.
Great friendly service and (crucially in a college town) they're open late. Don't walk - RUN to Ben & Jerry's and score yourself some frozen deliciousness.

I'm so glad they opened this location back up in the Delmar Loop I had really stopped going because the ice cream seems soft while scooping it into Cups and Cones the ice cream is great the cookies I know for me it's like a Cookie Crisp but they're like they're stale I think the one I bought was old
