This is such a great comfort food restaurant. Southern style home cooked food hits the spot and really puts you in a food coma. The mashed potatoes and biscuits are delicious, and if you’re adventurous, the fried okra is another great side. While you’re waiting for a seat, hanging out in the gift shop is a fun, family-friendly experience.
12 of us were there for dinner on a Monday night celebrating our Uncle's 79th birthday. Everyone was satisfied with their meal and the service was exceptional. Our server was Jessica and she was amazing! Very respectful, well spoken, polite and friendly. She even got several other servers and the manager to come over and sing happy birthday. Next time I'm there I'd gladly wait until one of her tables was available. It was a top notch evening!
Food here is always so yummy been coming here for years with my best friend ever since she first worked here til now she’s working elsewhere , always have a good experience every time whether it’s lunch or breakfast, we went there recently for a late lunch and this server name April treated us poorly . She never attended to us to refill our drinks, she told us our corn bread is cooking but then how come the tables around us got theirs and they came in after us ! When we told her that we haven’t gotten our cornbread she’s came back with only 3 for us while the other tables, of 2 as well, got a whole basket ? Maybe she thought we were young and looked poor and wouldn’t tip her well who knows …

Busy!! Sunday afternoon. No waiting for us. Our server Jessica was super busy and stayed on top of things. First time ever seen managers working on the floor. Congrats on that. As with any restaurant it’s all about the time you go there and we were traveling and hungry. I noticed more items back on the menu. Def recommend

I was here with my wife and my parents. And we had a great meal!! Totally made up for the pumpkin patch,.... (which wasn't a good experience) my dad ordered the catfish and it wasn't the best and they got him chicken in minutes! 😋 Would recommended!
I dined in with friends at this location and everything was awesome. Jordin was our waiter and Amy was the manager on duty. I deemed Jordin employee of the day!!! He made sure everything was up to par and made sure we were happy! Thanks for making our breakfast a great one!
The only problem we had was when one of the members of our group asked for her toast to be toasted a little bit more. The waitress said I did toast it, she had an attitude. Other than that it was good.
Stopped by here while traveling north. Alison was our server and she did a fantastic job! The food was yummy and tasty! The atmosphere was also very nice and comfortable (my wife said). 👍

Friendly staff, however be prepared to wait for a table (20-40 min), however the order was made quickly and all look and tasted very good.
We especially liked the Beignets❤️ and Buttercrunch Caramel Latte ☕

The food is always wonderful and people that work there are amazing. Very comfortable to enjoy meals and chatting.
Very clean pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress was very kind and attentive throughout our visit. Our food was brought to us very quickly and was warm and delicious. I got the roast beef and my husband got a steak, both were cooked perfectly. We always love going through the gift shop for some unique finds. Cracker barrel is always a fun stop on any trip and this location did not disappoint.
Great service! Waitress was outstanding, always checking on us to make sure we had plenty of refills on coffee and tea. Food was excellent. Had the Mama’s breakfast with fried apples, delicious.
I took my son here for the first time, and the food is as I remembered it when I last visited a Cracker Barrel. Great for breakfast, filling food at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly at this location.
