I am a fan of Starbucks, but the consistency of their drinks differs great from store to store. However, I am regularly far more satisfied with Starbucks than some of the other coffee chains.
Easy in and out, they are friendly and I've never had problems. Only issue is that since it is campus run, you can't redeem stars (but you do earn them).
Very clean with lots of comfortable leather chairs. They only had half & half out as a creamer option and didn't have the breakfast sandwich I wanted.
I personally like strong coffee, and they serve their pikes pretty strong.
Staff is polite in my experience.
