We were a party of four last night for a friend's Birthday. I would also really like to do a review on the Utica Area Resturant Review page, but none of us took any pictures of the food or remember prices, which I believe are apart of the page's rules for a review. None of us had our phones out which is rare, we were all too busy eating!
The cheese platter, the drunken clams, and roasted peppers for our appetizers were amazing!! The cheese platter was a special and not on the menu, but worth being mentioned twice on how excellent it was! My husband and I both said we'd be back soon before we even got to our entrées. Service was on point and the staff was all friendly. All around a wonderful experience. We all loved our entrées and they were all cooked to perfection. I wish I had more time to rave about Ventura's in greater detail, but trust me when I say, every table around ours last night were also raving! Fantastic job! & hats off to The Chef!! I cannot wait to return.
The food was awesome. One of the very best. The waitress was great and service was fast.
The food was wonderful! The owner even brought us a jar of marinara sauce to take with us.
There are not many true Italian restaurants Left like this one the staff is top notch and polite the owner has no problems opening the door for you and the food is top notch hadn't been there for years stopped in yesterday and its just as I remember it as a kid we will be back soon
The wait staff was extremely polite and attentive. The food was excellent. Best Italian food in the area.
WOW!!! Chef RJ and his staff have an amazing place. My older brother has been all over the country and the world; he said it was the best Italian meal he's ever had. I want to go back often!!!!

The food and service was excellent! A group of friends went for a Birthday , everyone loved the food and desserts. A jewel on the Est Side.

This restaurant is top shelf a little pricey but you get what you pay for the food was outrageously good and the service was right up there with the best. I can't wait for my next trip back to Utica!

Bread was amazing...our twins ate 2 loaves within 20 minutes of sitting down! Service was fantastic and all the meals were great! Definitely try the chicken picatta
The food was amazing and the staff was friendly and formal. We came around 4pm on a Tuesday and were the only ones here which made the setting more intimate. I was told it starts to really pick up around 6pm. 10/10 would highly recommend!
Ventura's is a very nice restaurant to go to relax but most of all to have wonderful delicious meal. So friendly we enjoy are time and meal there.
Food & Service was Extraordinary! Highly recommend Chicken Parm & The Greens are Out of this world!!!! We will be making another reservation!!!!
