The cream cheese has a very bold flavor. Even the plain cream cheese. Unlike any cream cheese I've had before.. Staff, bagels and professionalism is the reason for the stars.

I love their bagels. I travel to Utica to visit family and take a couple dozen bagels home with me. They freeze very well so I can enjoy the bagels for a few months when I return home.
Best bagels in town. Great variety of bagels and cream cheeses. Staff is fast, friendly and efficient. Coffee is always hot and delicious.

Uticas most inconvenient bagel shop! Just answer the phone and take an order! Your app is trash. I cant get what i need and online ordering is super inconvenient. And the hours since they changed are not that great. Product is good i guess if you can figure out how to Get it
Decent food, service good but idk how I feel about 1 piece of ham on my $3.49 cent sandwich. Canadian bacon was way better, at least put 2 pieces of ham!
