Ok, BK is basically all the same. But the service from location to location can varie widely. This North Utica location wins as the absolute worse. I've yet to go thru this drive thru and receive exactly what I ordered. I've tried several times and will NO LONGER attend this location. I encourage E

Got great cheerful service and very decent food at 10pm. Wrong sauce but basically no complaints.
Good to see masks on employees (and most patrons) even when there is no mandate. Thank you for guarding our health. The food was good too!
So you will get what you expect from a big chain at this burger king. However, the entrances and exits of this parking lot are laid out wrong. If you are here when it's busy, and have to exit to the west or south, expect a long wait
This burger King could be much better. They ran out of burgers and only served sides one day this year. Lol.
Food was pretty good I just wish I could receive my sandwiches hotter
Love the whopper and the cheesey tots. We also enjoy there chocolate shakes with extra chocolate.
