The waitstaff is always wonderful. Food service is fast. And they keep your drinks full. Prices are reasonable.
I've been coming here for years and years. Eat here weekly.

We came here for dinner before going to Dave and Busters. The atmosphere left me thinking, "It's hard to believe this building was new at one point" ... it looked dated and on the start of becoming run down. Out of our group of 7, a few people liked their food, and the rest thought it was average to not so great. In particular, the fries that were served were lacking of any seasoning whatsoever, weren't cooked real well, and had a number of soft and soggy fries. Our waitress was okay, but she did not go out of her way to be friendly. It was my first time at a national coney island and was also my last time. Next.

We waited to be seated for at least 5 minutes. There was more than adequate staff, and we were passed by multiple times, without even being acknowledged. We ended up leaving, and won't be back to this location.

Went there today and I understand the staff shortage, but when the staff that is there doesn't want to do their job it only makes it worse. Sat there and watched a manager walk right by customers waiting to be seated and never even acknowledged them. Our waitress never came back to the table once to see if everything was OK, then when cashing us out she had the nerve to ask if we wanted our change. Never going back to this coney island.

Food was very good and the staff is very attentive. The pricing is fairly cheap. Their fries could use a little bit more salt though

We sat the counter and had dinner and a show!! The kitchen hammered out orders and worked together like a well oiled machine!! It was fun watching them do their thing! Our server was Counter Server/Cashier/To Go Order Prep Person! Boy she was busy with phone orders but took care of us like a pro! The food was what you would expect...wasnt bad, but not the best. We were super hungry, so it was amazing! Thanks for the entertainment and great service! Keep up the good job! 👍🏽

It sucked. From the food to the service. It was warmer outside at 63 degrees. My salad was under a heat lamp for more than 5 min. The grilled cheese wasn't melted, bacon was chewy, the plate my salad came on was warmer than the grilled cheese. My gyro left much to be desired. Our waitress never gave a refill on our drinks until we were about to leave and she put it in to go cups that we didn't request. I won't be back. Ps: the last photo is the browning lettuce from my salad. A bit slimy I might add.

Service was good. Food was good and most importantly, with this current horrible White House Administration, their prices are reasonable.

Lizzy the waitress. Very disappointed. I went in on Monday evening and found out that the best and most friendly waitress had been let go for some dumb reason. Won't go there again. There's plenty of other Coney Islands.

Just like every NCI, the food hear is excellent, great menu, great selection, and most of all, terrific service! All the gals here are super friendly, take time to make sure your food and yout dining experience is great! This location is exceptional.
