Seven of us went to Hogs Hollow last night around 9 PM. Brian, the bartender, was also our waiter and he was terrific. My mac and cheese was the best I've ever eaten and the half order was more than enough. Some of my friends ordered the chicken wings and pork which they found tasty and cooked to perfection. We have discovered a new, cozy place to gather after our dance at Argentine Tango Detroit on Thursday night.

Amazing staff, service and drinks! I will absolutely go back to this cozy place and highly recommend it reccommend this anyone looking for a nice night out, food and great company!

Appetizer was great (BBQ potato skins) main dish was fantatic (pretzel bun brisket hoagie) desert was delicious (mint chocolate pie). Good service too. The honey chipotle barbecue sause was off the hook! First time there and ee will definitely be back!
I love the food at Hogs Hollow and the staff are very nice and very helpful people! Best Mac N Cheese in Macomb County for sure! They even have trivia on Friday nights at 8 pm for FREE which is also cool to check out

Great Place! The Four meat sampler was great, all the meat had a traffic taste! My daughter had the Mac & Cheese and said it was the best she ever had, I guess they won some kind of award for it. All the sauce are home made. All were very good, the hot sauce was just a little to hot for me! The service was great! I had Samaraha (sp??) helping me out and she was very helpful and knowledgeable!
I will definitely be back! Saw some pizza go by and that looked amazing!!! The place is very cool. In the historic part of downtown. Very old and has two levels. It has garage doors on the first floor that look like they open during warmer days. Anyway, great experience! Would recommend to all!!!
Had the mac n cheese with pulled pork, and it was really good. They have six different sauces you can try, and the house sauce was very good.
Best Bar and food around!. As a Spa Owner I am always looking for a place to relax and let go Cass Bar and Grill is an extremely friendly place! The staff there are always so kind and considerate. Love the music and the people there.. If you want a great place to be with friends and family and super delixious food then this is the place for you!...I love this place and would highly recommend it to everyone.... Tracy Winn
Kudos to this restaurant for a few things. Wait staff including servers, cleaning staff and hosts were extremely accommodating. It was evident that they treated each other as family and the customers were extended family. They engaged their customers with Live Trivia too!!!!! What an awesome experience especially since my wife and I are on a mini vacation on our anniversary. It felt like we were out of town! This restaurant needs to be featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives! Extraordinary job Chef! Keep up the fantastic work! A live cover band plays here at 10pm but we didn't stick around this time.
Been there before food was good. Good beer selection. But had the Smokehouse pizza. Brisket. Pulled pork and pulled chicken! Great pizza! Will definitely go back for another!

Pulled pork was awesome, juicy, smokey, not to much fat.
Beef brisket was a tad dry, and I kind of wish it was a bit fattier.
Hot links were AMAZING. Cooked well, nice heat, crispy, and full of flavor.
Sadly the bread was toasted and buttered. (It should be soft white bread not Texas toast)
The pickled onion and pickles are crispy and sweet.
The Mac and cheese left a lot to be desired and some of the cheese wasn't even melted.
The coleslaw is too thick, and had paprika sprinkled on it. Not a fan at all.
Most importantly are the sauces though. Some of them are ok, and a few are just bad. The sweet Asian one, definitely needs to be reworked. The "hot one" with the added peppers also added tobasco sauce. So while the front flavor was good with nice heat the only thing you taste after you swallow is the over whelming tobasco flavor and vinegar.
All in all, I enjoyed the BBQ. A few things could be done better and the sauces reworked a bit. I'm pretty sure Texas ruined my expectations for BBQ, cause this is definitely the place to get that fix.
The smoked chicken and bacon on hoecakes with Alabama white sauce was one of the best bbq meals I’ve had out at a restaurant in a long time. The brisket French dip is on point, too.
Only downsides are the service is always pretty slow, even when we’re only one of a couple people in on a early afternoon. And it’s petty, but the pop is always flattish and weird tasting, I wish they’d upgrade the fountain pop. Other than that, I love this place.
It was great, my dad and I went and liked it so much we brought the rest of the family. The macaroni and cheese is great, I'm not usually a big fan of sweet potato fries but these guys know how to make them.
Really enjoyed the food here. Good selection, good prices. Will have to come back for another meal.
Great little Hometown bar and a small town good for smaller groups quick place to eat food is fare nothing over the top but have always been pleased with it when I left. If you haven't been yet i reccomend going at least once to check it out!
Very good platter! We got the 3choice meat and brussel sprouts. Love the brussel sprouts we can easily eat 2 of each! ❤The wings are somewhat extra crispy though but husband and I are definitely coming back.
