My Coworker and I visit the Warren (12&Mound) location almost every day. The line may be long but the ladies inside are efficient and speed ya right thru. If it were possible to add items to their sandwiches I'd give them 5 stars

Just go to a different one if you can help it. You’ll understand after your first visit….that is if the inside is ever open. And once you get in you’ll have plenty of staff working on outside and mobile orders but no one to help take the orders for the people who decided to walk in and grab there drink. I swear this is not just a 1 time experience for me. I’ve been really patient and have tried to give the benefit of the doubt because of everything going on, however, it’s just poorly operated.

Always had a good experience at this location minus the long waits in the drive thru at times but today was ridiculous. I waited almost an hour in the drive thru line only to get served a $6 venti glass of milk with ice which was supposed to be a brown sugar oatmeal shaken expresso. I have never complained about any drink I have gotten at any Starbucks but I was sitting at the window because my drink wasn't ready and watched the girl literally fill an almost completely empty glass of ice with oatmilk, put on the lid and hand it to me. I asked are you sure that's mine and she said yes and acted like nothing was wrong. Worst customer service ever.

I waited an hour and 20 minutes for my order. Normally a Starbucks line looks long but it moves quickly. Not today. I think I'm crazy to have waited this long but I really wanted an ice coffee. Never going to this location again.

Super long drive-thru line but I stayed in lime of course. When it's my turn to at the window to pay and get my order, the said it's free because they're overwhelmed and they can't quite keep up. So $23 worth of coffee and sandwiches for free. That's so nice of them. Awesome job for the staff to make that decision.

This Starbucks is amazing! My husband and I went in on a very busy Sunday with over a 30 minute back up for online orders. There were so many customers complaining and being Jerks to the staff, but Gina (one of the workers) handled everything so well! She did an amazing job with talking to customers who were very rude. When my iced drink was made hot, she immediately replaced it, even though we just asked for a cup with ice-to make her life easier. So huge shout out to Gina for making our experience at this location so nice!!

Don’t waste your time mobile ordering here bc they will fill walk in cafe orders before mobiles and the short blonde girl will be rude AF and tell you to go to the register and get a refund instead of jumping in to help fill orders. Disappointed in the one person do it all while everyone else stands and watches work environment they promote

Good Starbucks and the "Coffee Master's" are a great help if you have questions with the menu or need help with picking out coffee for yourself or as a gift. Extremely packed in the morning and early afternoon however they're faster than other coffee chains. I find that the friendly staff make up for the hordes of people and their huge orders.
