Pizza is one of my favorite foods. Once a year, I order Passport Pizza with the hopes that perhaps it will be better than the previous year's experience. Not only the pizza has a burnt taste to it, but also does the appetizers and sides. I am unsure as to why it does because it is not like it is burnt to a black crisp. It is the taste of the dough and the appetizers I order.
I ordered two large deep-dish pizzas, the Original Superstix, and Large Wedge 1 lb. One pizza was topped with mushrooms and chicken, and the second pizza was topped with jalapeño and chicken. Both pizzas were evenly topped, but it just had that burnt taste to it.The same went for the sides. The Superstix was piled with cheese, but the dough had a subtle burnt taste to it. The wedges were the same burnt taste to them.
That burnt taste that runs through my order each time I order makes me think that the equipment at this Passport Pizza needs to be updated. Optimism is what keeps me coming back here because I trick myself into thinking that this time it will not have that same taste to it.

We ordered delivery a while back. Pizza was not even cut, over two hour wait, breadsticks were hard, pizza cold, salad was bad, owners and management refused to give us any kind of reimbursement. Will never give passport any of my business again. They did offer to give us a five dollar credit and we told them to shove it. Will not recommend.

Ordered pizzas $25.30 on September 2nd 2017. Go there alot. Double charged on my account. Went in after calling my debit card, told him they refused it was their fault. Went to my bank they rechecked, it was passport pizzas error. Refusing to correct problem. Very confrontational no regard for customer service. Even asked just to get another pizza call it even. Refused. Bad place to use your cards at.

Great food, if you can get what you ordered. Staff is rude and unhelpful, 90% of orders are gotten wrong. The last time I ordered delivery online I was called after an entire hour to say that they did not have a delivery driver working that day. No apology of any kind, or offer of compensation for unacceptably poor service. When I agreed to come in person to pick up the order, I was informed that they had not even begun to cook it yet and that I could pick it up in 45 minutes. For those of you keeping track, that is nearly 2 hours for a pick up order. I then had to fight to get my delivery fee and tip refunded upon arrival(I pre-paid with a card online). These people have no business running a pizza shop.

Food doesn’t stay frozen like it should. Back door is broken, the light in the walk-in doesn’t work, the owners son RYAN in with dog hair all over his back. (I have photos to prove that) He doesn’t properly sanitize everything. The roof is leaking and he don’t care to fix it. The top oven in broken! He doesn’t wash the dishes properly.

The cheese bread is amazing, but pizza is just pizza. I have wondered about how sanitary they operate. I had friends who had multiple issues with this location as well as others I have spoken with. One friend had a fly baked in to the pizza. I was not shocked by this because during the warmer months the front door is usually propped open. Not so sure I will ever be ordering again.

Should have read the other review before ordering from here. Called in my order at 5pm and was told it would be 30 min before I could pick up. Now, it’s an hour after I placed my order and I’m still waiting. This isn’t even delivery!!! SMH. I’ve seen two people pick up while I’ve been here for 45 minutes. That’s not high traffic! Good pizza or not, if you can’t make your product in a reasonable time, don’t. Go to the one on 23 Mile if you need a Passport fix.

My order was estimated to come about an hour before it actually came, my food was cold, pizza was cut all sorts of wrong sizes, extra sauces I ordered tasted sour, the pasta had barely any sauce on it. The "house made" italian dressing for the salad tasted and smelled like gasoline. I called them the following day to explain to them their sauce tasted spoiled and the food was disgusting (as well as offered to bring all the food back because we couldn't even eat it) and all the offered me was a $5 coupon for my next purchase or to remake my food, on a $60 order. Why would I want you to remake my food that tasted spoiled the previous day? They also had the audacity to say "well it has been more than 24 hours", when in fact it has not been nearly 24 hours since my order. Unfortunate and I will absolutely never order from here again.
