Review Los Alamos Mexican Restaurant - Uvalde

New hours 11 am to 8 pm. Food is amazing. Service was great. The waitress was so polite and such a delight. Recommend the Julio’s Plate.

Food and service is good. Breakfast and lunch is usually busy. No dinner service as they close at 3:00 p.m. Flour tortillas were warm and fluffy. Chips were warm and crisp. The salsa for the chips was so so. Menudo is good but sometimes could be a little warmer. Hamburgers are good but their fries were hohum. (I think their oil wasn't hot enough). Not a bad place to eat considering the limited choices available in Uvalde.

This is home when you are eating at Los Alamos. Family owned great food, great prices. My favorite is the Portuguese Tortillas. Closes early. Every time I'm in town i try to make it to Los Alamos!

We went recently and regretted it. The wait staff was rude, I guess they changed their system where you pay first and order at the counter? Which the employees weren’t even courteous enough to tell us they just stared at us sitting down at the table for about 15 min. It wasn’t until we saw other people doing it. When serving our drinks the waitress slammed my boyfriends drink on the counter. The only thing was that the cashier girl was nice. They charged me 50c for water, and we paid $43 for 3 plates and 1 soda which I thought was expensive. The food is okay but for the price you can go somewhere else and get better service. Will not be returning.

Fast friendly service. Understaffed but we'll paced environment..And the menudo is awesome...sweet friendly table staff ..will be coming back..well priced as well

My 4 P's evaluation. Big parking lot,, (u can park your 18 weeler)friendly and efficient people, fair price, and delicious product. I'm proud to give my review of this great restaurant. The way the renew themselves to stay up in bussiness this pandemia hard times make feel proud of a Texan people!!

Got 6 breakfast tacos and paid over 15 bucks. They had no flavor, tortilla was stiff and the bean and cheese was mainly beans. They took such a long time to bring them out to us.
