Always a plus when they don't use latex gloves and I can dine out with my family! We were seated quickly and had friendly service. Food was cooked as we specified. No complaints for a chain restaurant.
Great customer service, Noah was quick to pick up orders and food was right on. Correct music was playing, very happy!

Brought my family to eat dinner everyone got their food but me the forgot my order and got told do I want a to go box . Sorry but the whole point of eating with your family is exactly that. The girl was new and probably just needed proper training from management. My family did say the food was good
We didn't get to eat because we waited so long and left but there was no one at the podium when we came in, and they took so long that we started putting our own names and taking names of all the people coming in because whoever was supposed to be there was busy, I guess. And then the lady manager
Arrived to eat with a party of 9At 8pm. Applebee’s had us wait for 30 minutes before seating us. We got our food which took 1.5 hours. Should not have taken that long since the restaurant was not busy at all. Manager was never on the floor to check on things.
Horrible service!! We were there 15 minutes and no waiter ever showed up. The sad part is the place was dead, not bust at all. I guess that should have been a clue not to go there. When we informed the hostess and another waiter passing by they just went to the kitchen. Eventually the waiter I stopp
Even though the wait till to get seated seemed to take longer than necessary. They turned it around with a perfectly cooked steak. Medium rare that was red in the center yet still tasted well done.
