Review Mcdonald's - Uvalde

Pretty good service at the drive thru. When are they going to be able to let customer eat in lobby? Many fast food restaurants have open lobby for some time.

I didn't have the best experience. The chicken nuggets and fries 🍟 tasted not so good due to employees not changing out fryer oil.

I order DoorDash and McDonald’s gave me an open Dasani water that was drank out of from the kids happy meal and got my order wrong with the add ons.

I am posting for my son and grandchildren as this is where we go every time they are with me it is mandatory. For the kids that I pick up from school they insist on happy meals but we must order extra nuggets since they want the toy but want nuggets for later and we must call to see if mom wants anything for when she gets off work. This happens at least three times a week. You have to love a place to go their that frequently.

We stopped to get icecream the drive thru line was very long and when we get to the window the girl tells us no icecream. Really they should have someone come outside to let us know what food they don't have. Very unsatisfied

It's a country McDonald's. It has much better food than a city McDonald's. But, this one isn't designed very well. There's no room for all the cars that want to come here, and the staff act like they aren't used to dealing with a huge customer load, even though they're mobbed every single day. As a result, the food often tastes like exhaust pipe fumes. We try to avoid this place unless we really want Mish. Honestly if you have 10 minutes you're better off avoiding all the places here and hitting up the BK in Sabinal.

It was a typical McDonald's with good service, good fast food and a great indoor playground for children. The restrooms were very clean and our visit was everything you'd expect from visiting Mickey Dees. The only discrepancy I found is that most of the tables in the play area were dirty and needed a wipedown, but nothing too serious.

For a fast food restraunt for people on the go, it can be slow at times, the playground needs attention, table needs cleaning often! The playground needs to be aired out as there is a stench in there!!

20 minutes in a drive thru is unacceptable. When I brought it to the employee's attention, as he was handing me the wrong sized drink, I got a blank stare and absolutely no response.

Slowest drive-thru in the World!! I've been here for 25minutes on a breakfast order :(. Guess it's donuts or tacos from now on.

As a consumer I cannot expect great service or smile when there employees i'm making $7.50 an hour make conscious of this and change it Mr. CEO you're putting money before people where I work I make decent money my boss is happier I'm happier in the consumers that consume our products are also happy. Mr. Seo if you're happy everybody else should be also change your rate

I went through the drive through on 01/31/14 at about 5.45 am and ordered a breakfast burrito meal and got a sausage mc muffin meal . I call them and the same manager that served me the wrong meal told me she could not do anything for me unless I brought the incorrect order back to her. Needless to say I was on my way to San Antonio and in Knippa, I was not going to turn around waste gas for the managers mistake. I received no receipt and no double check sticker, did their quality assurance for accuracy change? And the manager served me. Maybe the manager needs to be "re-trained". Needless to say I got a meal I didn't order or want.
