I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff here for always taking care of me. I'm typically running late to work & they never disappoint. I'd especially like to thank Angie, who has made a point to offer excellent customer service! (I should probably say that the food is pretty dang tasty as well! I love the Hook & Ladder and the Meatball Sub!)

The wife and I did an official taste test firehouse versus Jersey Mike's. To be honest we really enjoyed both but of the two subs we had the firehouse hook and ladder was The better of the two. The way the bread and sauce went together was outstanding and the service was really good as well we would definitely go back

Solid sandwich shop. Great flavors, very friendly service. Everything is made to order, so if it is busy you should expect to wait for about 5-10 minutes for you meal to come out. The food is worth the extra few minutes of wait time. Delicious food prepared by well-trained staff. Love the Meatball Sandwich! Some proceeds go to First Responders... what's not to like.
Consistent sandwich quality and usually not overun with business, so the wait is like 10 to 15 min for a large sandwich.
