The Bistro is a great stop for a wonderful food evening. My friend and I made such a stop last night. Debbie was our server and couldn't have been more helpful. She explained the menu and made recommendations. I chose the Crab Bisque and it was loaded with crabmeat. The Pan seared Scallops...mouthwatering! My friend had the Drunken Filet...and again melt in your mouth tender. We shared the Crème Brulee for dessert. I have had this dessert in other places, but I must say that this was the best I have ever had...the consistency was creamy and so good. Thank you, Bistro for a wonderful meal served up perfectly.

The food is amazing, the atmosphere is artsy and contemporary (a diamond in to rough here in Valdosta) and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on everything from the menu to exactly what drink in order to make your meal complete. They have an incredible happy hour from 5-7 every Wednesday-Saturday; half priced domestic bottle beer, half off well drinks, AND half off every appetizer on the menu. They're are also several home made desserts to satisfy anyone's sweet tooth. And how can you pass up a lovely champagne brunch every Sunday from 11-2. A completely different menu from dinner the rest of the week, including several benedicts, specialty french toasts, and an all new lunch menu; featuring $3 mimosas, $5 bloody marys & a delicious berry Sangria. Believe me when I say you will leave full and satisfied, and dying top came back again and bring your friends and family!
The Exchange Club of Valdosta had our officers installation banquet here on June 28. The atmosphere was great, the wait staff amazing and the food was delicious! Charles and his staff does a phenomenal job. I've never had a bad experience or meal here in the 11 years I've been coming to The Bistro. I highly encourage you to try it if you have not done so.
Amazing food the crab cakes were best I have ever had and have had them all over the country!! Our server Maria was awesome!! We will be going back!

I've only been to The Bistro a few times but the times that I have been the food has been phenomenal! The service is great; the food is hot when you get it. Is just a great overall experience! I highly recommend eating at The Bistro!
One of my most favorite places to eat! Everything I've had there has been nothing but amazing. Drinks are always spectacular and great customer service. Great place for dinner with friends or a night with your significant other :)
I have been here for sometime, always wanting to come. Now I wonder what took me so long. .. The service was so great. If I could tell you about this place. It would be, you must go. The food was outstanding. I will be back those crab cakes, oh boy those crab cakes.

This was such a pleasant surprise. Wonderful service and delicious food. The drunken filet arrived perfectly cooked. The signature cucumber martini was a nice touch as well. If you like bread pudding, theirs was some of the best I've had. Jason, our server, put on a fresh pot of coffee and was a wonderful host. We will be coming back here for sure!

The Bistro never fails! Exceptional dining in a laid back, almost speakeasy atmosphere. This is a restaurant for those appreciate great food and are willing to pay for it. The Burgundy mushroom filet (the owner's favorite), was truly melt-in-your-mouth. The garlic smashed potatoes had just enough garlic and the asparagus was cooked to perfection. The wine selection, although limited, offered some great choices. A great place to talk over dinner or make a first date top notch first impression.
Excellent restaurant! Been there several times over the years and it never disappoints. Food was prepared perfectly and service was top notch. Filets, twice baked potatoes, cream spinach, and green beans were amazing and cooked just right! The crab bisque was terrific! The seasoning on the filets was scrumptious! The wine selection was well organized and tasted perfect. The staff were pleasant and extremely attentive. Charles and his team do a great job of taking care of customers and our waiter was top notch. Highly recommend visiting The Bistro for a nice dinner and wonderful atmosphere! (The music selection was also well put together!)
The atmosphere was so relaxing and the service was great. We wined and dined. The food is worth the price and absolutely perfect.
