Customer service is good and the line is usually quick but I always have trouble with them actually filling up my drinks. If I wanted a small coffee I would have ordered a small one. So basically I payed for a medium cup and a small coffee. This happens regularly so if you want to actually pay for $6 worth of coffee and get that much coffee, make sure you avoid this location.

I just went through the drive-thru. The cashier made a mistake in giving me my change. She needed help correcting it. Another staff member came to assist her. They handed me incorrect change again. The staff member that was assisting the cashier got rude with the cashier and talked down to her in front of me. When the staff member handed me correct change back, her body language and manner with me was so rude. I said thank you and she mumbled "uh-huh". What bothers me the most is the way she talked to the cashier in front of me. That had to be embarrassing for the cashier, who was just trying to learn. This place is usually very professional but I am disappointed today, and hate to see employees being treated so disrespectfully by other employees. Very unprofessional.

They always give me soy milk when I ask for oat milk, like I can't tell the difference. If I pay over 6.00 for a beverage maybe you guys should skip the attitude. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Norman, the drinks are better and the staff is polite.

First of all, for well over a week the app has not allowed me to order because the are “sold out” they are not. It’s inconveniencing when you have somewhere to be. Anyway my last few drink orders have been wrong and I just was in a rush and took them. Today was no different i turned around and asked for a refund. My drink was made wrong. When it was placed on the counter the girl knew she made it wrong cause my drink I asked to be double blended still had a pool of the wrong milk in the bottom. Not even 5 mins away after getting my refund I’m having a reaction to it. I asked for almond for a reason. If I have to wake up early and blow a half a tank to get across town to the other location so be it. I’ve noticed quality has been something hard to find since moving to Valdosta.

I mobile order here every day. Today I ordered my drink and when I went to pick up my cup said “out” beside the syrup I ordered. So I walked up to the counter and asked the girl to add 2 pumps of a different kind of syrup, because I had paid for 2 pumps of syrup. she acted super weird and walked away mumbling to herself, like I asked her to remake my drink. She was clearly talking about me to another coworker as she squirts a couple pumps of syrup into a cup for me. I was so confused what was so hard about doing that. I walked out scratching my head wondering what I did to rub her the wrong way. Hire more smiling faces please!

Got off the freeway and drove across town to get some coffee. Have a 4 hr drive ahead of me yet. Google maps said this Starbucks was open until 9:30 pm. Nope. There was a hand written sign on the door "closed due to staffing issues" - yet there were 3 employees inside, behind the counter. Disappointing.
