Worst experience ever! I order a 4 piece meal, got 3. My wife sandwich was under cooked. There seemed to be a great deal of chaos going on behind the counter. I will not be going back to that location. Will also think before going to another Zaxby's. This location is at 3250 Inner Perimeter Rd. V

I never received my toast with my Chicken Finger Plate and was supposed to get double fries as well. This Zaxby’s by far is the worst in Valdosta, GA. I waited almost thirty minutes just to receive my meal without everything that is supposed to be included. Employees were sweet, but please do better

They did have a long drive thru line when I arrived but it proceeded very quickly. Service was great as well as my order being fresh and correct. The only negative portion of that would be the teriyaki wings ordered with the same sauce and I received a different dressing for dipping.
